A Shining Example of What Tim Hortons Should Be!

I make it a point to stop at this Tim Hortons whenever I'm in Midland, Ontario, and it consistently stands out as one of the best I've ever visited.
The first thing you notice is the exceptional customer service. The entire team, from the cashiers to the kitchen staff, is incredibly friendly, efficient, and they clearly work together like a well-oiled machine. They are always eager to help and genuinely do their best to get your order right, making every visit pleasant.
The location itself is excellent. The hours are convenient, and the restaurant is always impeccably clean. I especially noted that the bathrooms were well-maintained, which is always a mark of a good establishment.
Now, for the most important part: the food. The baked goods are consistently fresh, soft, and delicious. The Timbits are a perfect treat, and the sandwiches are always made well. It's clear they focus on quality and freshness.
Finally, what truly makes this location special is its vibrant and hardworking team. It's wonderful to see a diverse group of local Canadians, including many enthusiastic young people, working together with such pride and dedication. It really adds to the positive, community-focused atmosphere that makes this Tim Hortons a true hot spot in Midland.

Read moreThis location is scamming people. I live just down the street and will drive to a further location just to get some decent service. Always check everything before you leave because I don't remember the last time they got a single order of mine correct. They have NEVER put a vanilla shot in my coffee and have to ask for it a second time everytime at the counter after I do a quick taste test. Same with donuts. If I pre order the donut is NEVER at the counter with my food and have to ask again for it. Also how does this location NEVER have hash browns. Every single time...sorry no hash browns. This location is a horrible joke. Service is always rude when you asked for something you paid for. Like your wasting their time. If they made it right the first time I wouldn't have to be stopping you up a second time. I swear they are scammers and doing this on purpose to line their own pockets. If they are doing this to me then they are definitely doing this to other customers.... definitely boycott bay st! Worst Tims in town. Edit: the link you sent me just sent me to the Tims App? Also a friend just stopped at this location to bring us breakfast...should have warned them...they completely forgot our hasbrowns... shocking. Again worst...
Read moreI hate to do this since I used to work for another location owned by the same people but y’all do NOT care about customer service anymore. I go to this Tim’s every single morning before work and almost every time o order the same sandwich I have a problem with either the employee taking my order or the sandwich itself. I order a Ham and Cheddar and ask them to sub Turkey instead as I do not eat pork. Each and every time I have to argue that no I don’t want the turkey sandwich because it comes with mayo and no cheese, and I don’t want to have to pay extra for the cheese to be added when it’s already included in the ham and cheddar. When I worked there we could substitute anything the customer asked so a simple highlight of the menu item and a button press of “sub” “turkey” should not be that hard. It’s not like it’s coming out of you paycheque to substitute a lunch meat instead of charging me for an ingredient already included in what I ordered!
