Hey guys Tim hortons is not what it was before. Today my hubby and i stopped for lunch and we ordered 2 chillis with 2 jalapeno bagels with cream cheese, and 10 timbits and 2 med icecaps. In the middle of our order (when i was selecting my timbits) another cashier interrupted us to collect payment and we told them we we were not done ordering and proceeded to order. And again they kept on rushing us and when we were waiting for our food guess what? They didnt even punch in the second chilli. So my hubby and i just split our food. The tables were dirty. They had been neglected. The drive through is first priority. Dont even go inside to eat. Our bun tht came with the chilli was cold and they didnt even hear the part where we asked it to be toasted. Otherwise the bagels were good thank god we got 2 of those 🙏 timbits are alright not fresh a little hard. Ice caps were great. Always ask for your receipt because you might wait and wait because you think you ordered something that you wanted but again dont forget they are too busy to punch it in👍. Customer service sucks👏! Read moreI’m quite upset with this Tims Location. Their service is not the best. I am a regular client to this location since it’s closer to my workplace and they have messed up my orders several times. Sometimes I have no option but to go to this location because of time constraints at work but this morning has been another worst experience I had. My bagel was burnt and I didn’t check until I reached work and I was so upset. Like I mentioned this is not the first time but they have previously done this kind before and they serve unequal portions each time I ordered the same food. I have not had a consistent or best experience so far and so sometimes I go to a different location coz I value my money and what I buy. It’s unfair how they do it. Read moreWe are a group of travelers who stopped at this location to have breakfast before heading to Saskatchewan. Naturally, we were talking to each other in the lobby, which can sometimes create a bit of noise. However, the staff member taking orders at the drive-thru addressed us in a very rude manner, saying she could not hear the customer ordering.
We understand that taking accurate orders is important, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. She could have politely asked us to lower our voices instead of speaking rudely and in a manner that came across as overly proud rather than apologetic.
In addition, we would like to note that staff should also maintain proper appearance and wear their uniforms appropriately, as this reflects on the professionalism of the restaurant.
