A&W Canada — Restaurant in Millbrook 27

Restaurant was not very clean. Restaurant employee wiped her nose just before taking my order and touched many things in the work area afterward without washing her hands, then proceeded to place the lid to my tea, without washing her hands. I have worked in the food industry for years and I was disturbed by the lack of food safety handling practices by the employee. We were there early in the morning, so in that, I would have expected the floors to be clean, door windows and handle clean and our table to be clean, none of which were. My spouse had eggshells or something else, in his eggs. I hope that they will see this review and take action to improve their food service. I will not be eating...

Waited in line for about 15 minutes.. one employee screaming out orders over and over instead of waiting for the elderly half deaf man who was slowly making his way over. He was missing part of his meal and they kept ignoring him. They seemed to not understand how to input coupons into the system and were being fairly rude to a very elderly lady. Also watched a fry fall half over and an employee manhandle the top of the fries touching all of them to pick it up. We stopped in for breakfast today, which was obviously a mistake. First off, their cooking surface wasn't turned on to make eggs because "most people get sandwiches". Our child wanted a burger and fries and supposedly you can get burgers all day at A&W. Well, not here. Their grill was also not turned on. So, we gassed up our car while we waited, which happened to be the only convenient thing about this location. DH had ordered an extra egg with his breakfast and when we got back to our hotel, there was no extra egg. Had to drive back to the restaurant for a refund. First and last time going to this...
