First, a silverfish fell off my daughter's pizza box. That was pretty gross.
Then, ordered something that is apparently not on the menu. Instead of being told that item wasn't on the menu, they made something that they thought was close enough.... then argued with me at the counter about what it included once it was made. Instead of listening when I tried to tell them that's not what I ordered, I got talked over and was told that's how the menu item(that I didn't order) was supposed to be made. They made sure to announce loudly when the corrected thing was ready and all the subtractions to it. Also, slowest Tim's I've been to.
If you don't have the item, just say that. Leave it up to me to order something else, don't just key in something similar then argue about it.

Read moreVery disappointing experience at this location. I mobile ordered a large coffee (2 milk, 1 sugar, with vanilla) and waited over 15 minutes near the mobile order pickup area. It was busy, so I was patient, but after seeing others waiting as well, I eventually had to join the line and speak with someone at the counter.
I showed my receipt and the mobile app confirming my order at this location, but the staff seemed confused and couldn’t locate it. Even with all the details on my phone, they claimed they never received it. After a few more minutes, they finally made my order, but the whole process felt disorganized.
This location is very convenient being right off the highway, but the lack of coordination among the staff really showed. It appeared that too many orders were taken at once, and the team was overwhelmed. Before I left, they were even asking customers to confirm their orders, which is concerning.
I hope management takes note — this could be a great stop for travelers if the team worked together more efficiently. As it stands, I’ll be rethinking whether I return next time I...
Read moreWent to Tim's in Millbrook July 29, 2023 especially for S'mores ice cap, advertised clearly on their Menu behind counter. Yesterday at Tim's in Lower Sackville and also Stewiacke were not even showing it so I was really looking forward to it here. Was told they didn't have it and that everybody's Menu shows it. NOT TRUE as per the above mentioned locations. WHY NOT , IF IT IS ADVERTISED? Also ordered bagel with butter, NOT toasted. What did they hand me? A toasted Bagel. Not pleased to have to replace. Also had stood in line for at least 10 minutes to find they didn't have what I wanted. So what is the problem? I have made it a point to not go here in the past year having Had a previous interaction with owner. Prices outside store didn't match prices inside and was not happy to give me small refund. Often what you order is not what you get.
So I wouldn't recommend this location. If you advertise it, have it available! Would love to hear owner's...
