Habaneros Modern Taco Bar — Restaurant in Millbrook 27

I've gone to this location a couple of times with no problems, so that is why I'm giving 3 stars but my most recent visit was not great. On their menu it says a taco combo 8.95 and a burrito combo for 9.95. We ordered both but the charge was coming up $26. When we questioned it, the worker rang it up again and the price increased to $33! We again explained to the worker the menu price listed on their board wasn't matching up to the price we were being charged. They rang it in again and it was $31! At this point there were 2 workers at the till and they either seemed clueless about the prices on their menu or just not listening to what we were saying. After 3 attempts to explain we were about to leave, the manager or supervisor stepped in and gave us the correct charge, $21. He apologized and was very kind and courteous. I commend him on that. But I think the staff needs to familiarize themselves on menu and its prices or better training. Or atleast to recognize and admit a clear overcharge. From one business owner to another, it would better your business to take reviews and learn from them instead of responding with "From one local business owner to another" My owning a business is irrelevant. I didn't come there as a business feeding staff, I came there as a repeat customer and your response Sir is somewhat dismissive of the issues I had with my order. By the way the taste of the Sour Cream was off and it was more liquid than a cream. Again I hope the food quality improves because I would love to come back again. Please Note: in your response I did not see a refund or discount on my next meal mentioned. Even in my little local business I make sure my customers are well taken care of.

July 9th 7:00pm . Probably the worst take out experience while in the restaurant. The lady taking orders and money was miserable. She didn’t want to be there and made sure everybody knew it. Saying the absolute minimum she can to customers and gave zero instruction with how the line works after you order. You could see pure chaos after everyone ordered. Once I finally got called up for my two burrito bowls, the man making the food was clearly done with his day. Without using words he just waved everyone where to go and did not want to make anything. He then sighed directly at a customer who ordered a jumbo burrito and stared him down for a solid 7 seconds. The man finally put my order in to a wet take out bag and for two burrito bowls with two forks and one napkin. I was glad to get out of there. The food was good though so there is that. Would give .5 stars if I could....
