First and last visit here today. I know some folks like it, just my personal experience. Very over priced for ths portion sizes. Got the mozza burger and it said it had a hugs wedge of mozza cheese. No. It has something half the size of a highliner fish triangle. The burger itself once I took that off was okay. My husband got the fish and chips. They did not have any xtra crispy batter so he got original. He said it was alright, but had to eat it plain because their tartar sauce was bland. I tried it as well and there was nothing there for flavor and it was SO thick. My son got some poutine thing and he loved it. However...for a poutine of any sort to be $3 more expensive then a 2 piece fish and chips is laughable. $19 for poutine...no thanks. I also got their onion rings. They get props for those. They were on point. That being said...if you are going to charge people out the who ha for "okay" at best food dont be adding a .25c environment fee to their order without telling them first. This is precisely why your staff got no tip. There was also a woman cleaning the floor around our table...dont really care for dirt flying around while we are eating but I guess thats how they do things. The man who took our order was GREAT! The rest of the staff were very rude in my opinion. Likely just over worked and under paid. For the prices of this place we could have went into someplace nicer lile frank and ginos or fletchers and had actual food for less....

Pretty popular place, but the ordering line moves pretty quickly. It's kind of a hybrid......between a Fast Food Burger/Taco Bell/Subway in that whatever you order is made fresh and then goes to the "topping bar" for a wide array of toppings & sauces.......such a great idea.
The Belly Buster Three Patty is not as daunting as it sounds.....about the same "filling factor" as a Carl's Junior Really Big Carl/Wendy's Triple/Double ¼ Pounder etc......but really quite tasty.
The Monster Mozzarella Crunch was tasty. the Triple Bacon Poutine was a definite nice addition......3 types of bacon in a very tasty beef gravy with huge chunks of cheese curds (not like many that toss Mozzarella in the mix of some powdered gravy mix).
Seating is a bit of a challenge.....two LONG table with bar seats, with a couple of smaller tables along the wall.
There is a fountain drink/ketchup station.......but the garbage is somewhat hidden around the corner....so many patrons were just leaving their empty ketchup/straw packaging on the counter or floor.......I wouldn't want to be the person looking after THAT area 😮💨🤮😡
Staff were pleasant & accommodating during ordering & service.
We hedged on returning for a second meal the next day (to try their Mexican wares) but opted (regrettably) for...

Too often, the food we’re sent to pick up is already cold—left sitting out without heat retention, no urgency to hand it off, and no accountability from the restaurant. Yet delivery drivers are expected to protect food quality with little support.
If this is truly about customer satisfaction, then the restaurant should take responsibility for keeping orders hot before they ever reach our hands. Expecting drivers—many of whom earn below minimum wage after expenses—to do more than the kitchen staff is not only unfair, it’s hypocritical. But yet the multi-million dollar chain restaurant can't have a method to keep their food hot after it's been cooked and waiting for a driver to accept the order?
And yet, this is the sign posted:
