I’m sadden to have to leave such a poor review based on my service I had today. My mother and I walked into your facility and ordered a #4 wrap with chicken and NO tomatoes and a quesadilla with ONLY red and yellow peppers. We were told in our previous visit that we could get $10 off our next purchase from our points card. When we told the cashier she approached the other lady working that began to tell us to try using the $10 off next time that she’s training. We then began to tell her that a manger advised us to do this our next visit as the points system is changing. The lady walked away saying “oh my god alright I’ll call my boss.” As someone who works in customer service my mother and I both agreed that was an unnecessary response. After dealing with getting the $10 off, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. My mom looked over and exclaimed she told her at the register she only wanted peppers as it appeared the lady was putting all the ingredients on. The other lady told her just to pick out all the ingredients she didn’t want on the quesadilla. My mom stepped up and said may I please get a new wrap? They agreed and the lady said don’t throw out that wrap use it for another order, after this wrap had ingredients already on it. Then after remaking the wrap with only the ingredients my mother specified she placed it in the oven to where it bubbled up and she had to make a new one all over again, but we ended up receiving the quesadilla not grilled and it was still very soft. Then when it came to my wrap where I asked for no tomatoes, the lady confirmed I had wrap 4 and I said yes without the tomateos as she looked in the wrap and said oh there’s tomatoes. She asked me if she could pick them out as I agreed that’s fine, only when I came home there was still tomatoes in the wrap. In the picture it shows two but there was many more that I found in the wrap, as well as there was no chicken which is the poutine I added to my wrap. Overall, I was very disappointed because as a customer what if I had a Severe allergy to these ingredients that I specified not once but twice that I don’t want certain ingredients in my wrap. Not only that but what about cross contamination from reusing a wrap from a mistake order for someone else’s order. As someone who has also worked I. The food industry, I find that disgusting. As well as throughout our visit the one lady just kept on complaining about the phone going off and how she couldn’t deal with it. Again it’s very sad I had to write this review because this was my mother and I’s go to place for healthy choices but it appeared the service was very slow, unprofessional and was unsatisfactory of requests...
Read moreJEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE! lol, Alright, it's hard to find a place where you can get a quick, healthy, fresh salad as a meal so when I heard this place was coming to town I was excited, I knew I wanted to give it a shot. I drove by today and popped in for lunch. Full disclosure, I love salads, and will eat them as a meal at home, with nothing else, just a salad. When I walked in, I knew right away that this place would be good. And it was, very good. If I was just scoring this review based on taste, 4.5 out of 5 for me.
However, I've been running into the same problem lately, not just here, but some other select places as well. Here's the thing, salad is generally not that filling, so when I eat a salad for lunch or dinner, it better have a decent amount of lettuce in it, among other things. A handful of lettuce costs maybe $0.50, (like a handful of spaghetti). So when I spend almost $11.00 on a salad (with no meat protein in it at all, just mixed greens, onions, cucumbers, some cheese and a few pieces of apple) it better somewhat satisfy me at that price. But here I am, giving this place a 2/5 because it's just not enough salad. I don't need more cucumber, I don't need more cheese, I don't need more of anything but some lettuce. It might cost them 50 cents (which I would gladly pay) to give me another handful of lettuce, but at least I'll leave "lunch satisfied" meaning for lunch, I'm content, and it will hold me off until dinner.
I can't understand these places, when it costs pennies to add a little more rice, a little more lettuce, a little more pasta to ensure that your customer leaves satisfied and somewhat "full", why the ** isn't that happening?
Sadly, I...
Read moreMy friend and I called ahead on Friday around 11 to pre-order our lunches. We knew we were tight for time coming from west Milton. Good thing we did as when we walked in and it was so busy with a long line-up. I went to the take out counter and told them I was picking up. She was passing it off and then I asked if my friend and I could split the bill per meals. She said okay, and I went towards to cash register, only to be told, “No you’re going to have to get in line behind all these people”. I was confused as we called ahead and I thought customer service was in priority sequence. That’s why we called ahead, to just pay and go right away. Nope, we had to stand in line behind at least 8 people who were still deciding what to order. Very frustrating. So really, my sandwich wasn’t warm by the time we returned to work and had to inhale it in 10 minutes. Whether you have 1 register or not, many of my co-workers agree with me that we should have been cashed out before the next person in line who was only putting their food order in. So, I’m only giving two stars for correctly taking our orders over the phone (as one meal was special dietary) and that...
