Today i took my family to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter and my son in law 17 weddings anniversary . The experience was beyond amazing. I am not complainer because I spent 30 years in the hospitality industry and I know for fact that some guests are complaining just because they want to get something for free , not my case for sure . Our server was friendly but she was hold accountable to do her job with out proper training, she was unable to answer the questions regarding the menu, she took ours orders with out repeating them back to us and all chaos was created. We ordered 2 spinach dip , only one was delivered so we had to wait for chef to make second order. Ok and not ok but we understood that things happened. Our meals arrived. Problem again. Missing shrimps with my steak, my grandson ordered chicken wings and chicken tenders , only tenders arrived no wings. No quality check, no service to ask , how is everything? How are you doing? Spaces between missing items 15/20 minutes which is unacceptable. My family was frustrated but knowing the business I was trying to break up the situation. Now on other situation I would love to share with You , not even one dish , plate was removed from our table when my granddaughter dessert arrived. My son in law ordered coffee with barleys for his dessert which should arrive with the same time as my granddaughter dessert, it did not happen. Politely waiting 30 minutes later I went to the bar just to discover, that the drink it was made , but not what my son in law ordered, but was still not picked up by the server to deliver to the table đ¤Śââď¸ at this point, I asked to speak with the manager. We spoke , he told me that he just arrived 30 minutes ago. I politely asked him to come to our table to see how itâs looked. I told him about all mistakes server made, I told him that the coffee we ordered it is still sitting at the bar 30 minutes after we paid our $240 bill . This was my first and last time dining at this place. But my kids where the quests in this restaurant more often. After todayâs experience they will never be back . I mentioned this to the manager who should care for his business, but his response was not even close what I was expecting. I was talking with him quietly on the side, with out trying to make a seen but I am very disappointed. Apology it is one thing, and he did apologize, but not even small things where mentioned to bring our family back. Wish you all the best in the future, but I my 39 years hospitality experience if the owner or head office are not going to do their resources , the future of this restaurant it would be under big questions mark. Like I mentioned before before, I am not complainer, out of my family 5 visits only...

Hostess was very pleasant and asked about where I'd prefer to sit. She was wearing a mask (that's good) and I could tell she was smiling (also good!)
Clear COVID policy displayed right as you walk in, setting customers' expectations appropriately and immediately. Seeing the restaurant is taking it seriously made me feel better and more relaxed.
Hostess showed me to my table promptly, which was missing utensils (something the server took care of right away).
The server, Lisa, came around within a few minutes of me sitting down and making myself comfortable.
She was kind and polite, and got me started with a drink right away.
I was demanding, asking for a straw and a bottle of hand sanitizer. Lisa handled this very well and expeditiously.
After some time with the menu, which I had a hard time reading due to a visual impairment, I decided to ask Lisa what she'd recommend.
She was very honest and told me about dishes that were popular, and dishes she didn't like personally. This was nice because it didn't put me off any dishes at all but made me feel more comfortable trusting her judgement because she had been so honest.
I ended up getting the chicken Parm (pasta) which took about 15-20 minutes.
It arrived hot, with melted cheese and crispy outside tender inside chicken on top of a bed of pasta with my choice of sauce (Alfredo).
Lisa gave me plenty of time but made sure I was happy by coming by after the first few bites and asking if all was well. It was!
She was also extremely attentive to my supply of iced tea, which she kindly refilled without me having to ask. She also brought a straw, also without me having to ask.
Lisa took the initiative to ask if I would like desert, and promptly brought over a pin pad when I told her that I was already quite full.
She reiterated the restaurants policy with COVID by assuring me the pin pad had been disinfected before handing it to me.
After paying, she told me to take my time to finish my drink if I'd like, and thanked me.
Overall I had a very good experience here. The restaurant appeared clean, the service was polite and professional (albeit not as prompt at the very beginning) and the meal was tasty and well priced for the portion size.
I would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a quick and tasty meal, and for the excellent service...
Read moreKelsey's is a great place to go when you're looking for that deep fried roadhouse kitchen.
We rarely stray from our norms here which include the 4 Cheese Spinach Dip, Chicken Parm for the wife and Breaded wings with a lot of mild sauce for me.
The food was of the quality that we can consistently count on from Kelsey's, albeit, EVERY location except the one in Brockville needs to learn a lesson in how to not overcook a breaded chicken breast filet.....
This was the first time we visited the Milton location and probably the last. My primary point of contention has to do with our server, who form some reason, couldn't find it in her heart to just leave us TF alone to enjoy our meal and have a conversation.
Now I get that normally, it's great to have an attentive server, who's on the ball and ready to refill drinks where necessary, However, that just didn't seem to be the case today.
From the point where the appetizer was dropped off, we had our conversation interrupted 8 times before we finished eating, once between the app and main course and six more before I simply asked for the bill so we could get the hell out of there and talk without interruption.
The restaurant was not busy, so while she didn't have many to tend to, simply reading the room on any of the unwarranted "how's everything"'s should have been enough to clue her in that we wanted to be left alone to our...
