Having grown up with the rich, diverse flavors of Lebanese cuisine and a Mediterranean diet, I have a deep appreciation for authentic Middle Eastern food. Shawarma Corner has truly impressed me with its offerings, making it a delightful culinary experience that I'm eager to share.
Firstly, their falafel is nothing short of exceptional. Crispy on the outside, yet tender and flavorful on the inside, each bite is a testament to traditional cooking methods that I've loved since childhood. It's a vegetarian delight that can easily stand up against any meat dish in terms of satisfaction and taste.
The beef and chicken shawarma at Shawarma Corner are equally commendable. The meats are marinated to perfection, packed with spices that hit all the right notes – savory, a hint of tanginess, and just the right level of spice. Wrapped in freshly baked pita with a generous helping of tahini, pickles, and vegetables, each shawarma is a harmonious blend of flavors that transports me back to my Mediterranean roots.
What truly sets Shawarma Corner apart for me is their butter chicken shawarma. It's an innovative fusion that marries the creamy, rich flavors of Indian cuisine with the traditional shawarma wrap, and the result is absolutely phenomenal. The butter chicken is tender, the sauce is perfectly spiced and creamy, and when combined with the wrap and additional fixings, it creates an unforgettable eating experience.
In summary, Shawarma Corner has earned a special place in my heart and my palate. Its commitment to quality, authentic flavors, and the innovative twist on traditional dishes like the butter chicken shawarma make it a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the depths of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or simply someone in search of a delicious meal, Shawarma Corner will...
Read moreThis place used to be good before covid. Their chicken is dry mostly & shawarma with below average burnt chicken & low quality of salad. They have started charging extra dollar for every extra scoop of rice, salad or additional toppings. This place is a big rip off now. I really wonder & feel for people who lack understanding about real middle eastern food. Above & beyond, the worst thing about this place now is their staff. The staff has a chip on their shoulders. Well, what you expect, the whole place is being operated by Indian students & rude middle eastern man. They have no manners whatsoever to speak to customers & public. I also noticed, there biased attitude towards white crowd vs. asian & others. The white crowd offer ratings/praise based on the spooning & suck up they receive & lack of understanding about how middle eastern food really tastes like. Mix & make any salad, throw some garlic n hummus n thats all they care about. I posted a picture of this bald middle eastern man who is rude as hell. He's really offensive. When I walked in, he said, what you need? Then he said how long do u need to make ur mind of what u want to eat? I said just give me a minute. Then he told me, can u please step back. Upon asking, if the chicken is fresh & not over cooked / burnt, he replied, what u see is what u get. I was so thrown off with his temperament, I just thanked him & walked out. God really help these people for their strange attitude. Well the food sucks anyways, m glad they offer bad customer service so...
Read moreMy husband and I have been customers for years! We love the food but we noticed that after the older bald man with the Bluetooth in his ear all the time left (did he leave? Does he own the place? We don’t know) that there’s very little interaction with the staff. Portions have shrank and every single time I get a pita it’s ripped down the side and no one cares. I didn’t order a salad to eat off an aluminum sheet friends, I ordered a pita. Yesterday my husbands fries were so over cooked he could barely poke them with the plastic fork to eat them (And this wasn't the first time). We wanted to sit to eat but all of tables were visibly dirty and it was not busy enough to excuse not being able to get out and wipe them. It was 830pm. We sat at a table that was the least dirty and then ended up leaving because my husband needed a real fork to eat his fries and hoped they got soft enough to consume by the time we got home. Over all, going down hill over the last 1 to 2 years. The food still tastes great so we return but then are reminded of why we’re...
