I am providing a written email in regards to this restaurant it was filthy. The flies were over everything. We counted 7 at one table ( our table with food) our poor service dogs had flies, flying all over them, sticky messes on the ground, where they had to lay in order to be out of the way. our shoes were sticky leaving the restaurant it was on our service dogs feet and fur, as result we had to bath our service dogs when we got back home. Service dogs are there to provide essential tasks, not to be swarmed by flies and laying on gross flooring. Service dogs are meant to help those who are disabled, someone who uses a mobility aid I don’t think would be very pleased needing to clean their mobility aid after leaving a restaurant. When I asked for 2 more, she acted visibly annoyed, as if it were a hassle. I also requested mayo with another meal, and she insisted it would cost 35 cents extra. I’ve never been charged for mayo at any other McDonald’s. Most locations provide a couple of packets without issue. Wendy showed zero customer service skills. She was impatient, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no willingness to help. This McDonald’s has the most unprepared and clueless staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s like they didn’t receive even the most basic training. They didn’t know how to handle a simple order, let alone answer questions about the menu. When I asked about meal options, they stammered and gave conflicting answers, making it obvious they didn’t know what they were talking about.
On top of that, the service was painfully slow, and they got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted annoyed and didn’t bother apologizing. It’s clear this team has zero respect for customers or their jobs.
