Toss Thai — Restaurant in Milton

First time trying this place, I called and ordered take out, the person that took the order never asked my name, phone number etc. I thought no big deal maybe they copied my phone number. Upon arrival they had a table set up in front of the front door blocking off all the tables. I thought it was weird that all the tables were closed because of the pandemic (it was in October 2022 and all restrictions lifted already) But I ordered take out so no issue for me. After a short jog around the restaurant the lady found my order as they had each order on separate tables (not very organized) but not a big deal as food was packaged well and warm when we opened it up to eat. Food was good at best, would have it again but not in a hurry for mediocre.

When I called to place my order the lady didn’t give me any order number or ask my name (I assumed they copied my number) when I got there in they had to check a few orders as they didn’t mark the bag with anything other then the bill. After a short visit to 5-6 tables we managed to find my order as they they had one bag on each table so food was properly spaced out. Made it a bit difficult to find...

A very disappointing meal. After hearing decent things about Toss Thai, we decided to order take out this past weekend. We ordered 4 dishes (cashew chicken, pineapple fried rice, pho, and sweet and sour chicken), all of which were a huge disappointment. All 4 dishes were under-seasoned and terribly bland. The sweet and sour chicken was all breading, very little chicken chunks or vegetables in sight. The pho was bland, and the cashew chicken lacked sauce of any kind. The pineapple rice was overcooked, with no visible egg, and very few chunks of pineapple or chicken. It was quite unbelievable how disappointing each dish was. I am hoping for the sake of the restaurant's survival that their cook was sick or there was some unforseen issue that they didn't disclose that led to this meal being such a letdown. The front of house staff was pleasant enough, and the meal was prepared in 15 minutes.. so it was off to a great start.. until we...

We tried this at work for the first time, thought it was going to be good since there were alot of good reviews and high star rating.

We ordered crispy ginger beef, mango salad, chicken satay skewers, fish cakes, spring rolls and pad thai.

Crispy ginger beef was super sweet, super oily and bland. It's like eating candied beef.

The mango salad was just mango slices with some cucumbers, no dressing at all. You can't really call it a salad if there's only 2 ingredients on it.

The pad thai was bright orange and tasted like sweet and sour sauce. Tasted nothing like pad thai at all and the broccoli was hard too. The spring rolls were super bland. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the fish cakes and the chicken satay skewers.

They were both good and the sauce of the chicken satay was really tasty. Everything amounted to almost $90 but unfortunately the quality of the food isn't good...
