Worst McDonald's I've been to. I would give this location less than 1 star if I could. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I have to wait in parking spot 1 (I understand that, as they have to deal with customers behind me). But having to wait 20 minutes for a BLT bagel and it's still not correct? They've even messed up my order of a green tea (After me waiting 15 minutes for it when the inside of the store was not busy at all). Today was the last straw though. I ordered a BLT bagel on a white bagel, confirmed it on the screen, and drove to the first window. The cashier rang it up as $7.77, so I asked her if this was the green tea and BLT bagel (Because it usually comes to $6 and change), and she confirmed that was correct. I went to the second window and as usual they asked me to pull into the first spot. I did and 10 minutes later an employee comes out with my bag. I was on my way to work so I had to rush out of the parking lot and get going, so I didn't check my bag right away. A minute after I rolled up my window, I get the overwhelming disgusting smell of egg in my car (I get a really bad reaction if I eat egg, so I stay far far away from it). I check the bag and see that they had the "Plain Egg BLT Bagel" sticker on my bagel (Picture 1). At this point it would have taken me 15 extra minutes to get back into that plaza (Since it's just off the highway), so I wasn't able to go back and get a new bagel (Honestly I would have probably just got my money back and went to Tim Hortons down the street). Not to mention the bagel was burnt (Picture 2). I don't think I've been to this McDonald's one time where they haven't screwed up my order (Not even accounting for the long wait times - I get that). If you want to have a decent day, and not wait 20 minutes for a bagel at a "fast food" restaurant, avoid this place like the plague.

first time i had that much great experinace in my life cause i go there for dinein and order from the screen i select my order and did the paymnt its sudenly turned off than turned on and shows the payment option again i thought its turned off so the paymnt is not going through and tap again cause of this it become double order and i did not know that i have ordered 2 times even they made order after complete both orders i got transation notification that i got charged for 2 orders than i go to front counter and told about that what happed she seriously handeled the situation very calm with smile on face she did the refund its all about the positive atmosphere glad she deal very nicely in these days some of the restaurant the staff behave too bad but on this location it hits diffrent the staff team members all everyone do great job love to visit every weekend its on sunday 3:20 pm there is a girl on the front counter she speacial deserve raise cause of her great dealing with positive attitude love to visit again .😇

Today was the second time their “system was down” but what compelled me to write this review was some lady (possibly older and white) on the drive thru told me to just leave and when I told her there’s a line up behind me and cars in front and no where for me to go she’s like well I don’t know what to tell you but the system is down so you can come back and just drive thru once the cars are gone. No apology. No would you mind waiting while we fix the issue. No nothing. Just leave and here’s photos of how I was stuck between cars in front and cars at the back. Absolutely inexcusable and terrible service. This franchise owner should be fired for terrible staff, service and systems and machines always being inoperable!

I had ordered a deal that was offered on the mobile app today (Sun, Dec 8, 3:09pm). A sandwich for 3.99. Granted, it was a special, with $1.90 off the regular price. I would think this kind of specials is a draw for some one to try a product they might not have at a regular price and remind them of how good this item is.

I made the purchase and left to do my errand via in the car. I was hungry and in a hurry. Picked up the box in which the chicken sandwich was held and packaged inside a paper bag. I felt something fell like a thug That is 'weird' said to myself. Inside the bag was the bottom of the bun with nothing on it. It felt dry, hard and cold. Inside the paper bag was the top half with a dollop of mayo, a small piece of chicken pattie and few strands of shredded lettuce. The chicken pattie was luke warm. I put the sandwich back together, and it didn't look appealing. Took a bite out of it. IT WAS HORRID! I was totally disappointed, because the Chicken Sandwich was my 'go to' and I enjoyed it all the time. If I wasn't on the highway already, I would turned around and take it back and order a new one.

I normally do not complain, and take things in stride. I thought of letting this incident go, but I felt to taken! This sandwich was a throwaway when business is slow. Instead of making a fresh one for a valued customer, this person who made it, would say, 'Okay, I'll make a fresh one even though it'll take 5 minutes and would advise the customer of the wait time or offer something else that is fresh at the moment.

Anyways, I was so upset thar I called the store and wanted to talk to the shift manager to advice their staff so they may correct this kind of mistake in the future. The call went unanswered, I hung up after 10 rings just in case they are busy and can't get to the phone.

Well, now, here I am making an 'uncalled-for' review for all to see.

Terrible experience here to days ago. I went to the mcdonalds down the road and my girlfriend got a fish fillet and i took a bite and decided to get one down the road as the line at the one we were at was too long. I went through the drive-through and the staff took my order rudely..and rushed. Even though there was no rush. When i got my two fish fillets and fries i parked outside and bit into one and it tasted like it was 3 days old..and the fries were cold with zero salt..so i went back in and super nicely asked a staff member and he nicely said to ask this young girl at cash who i wont describe but easily could to help me. So i did. And she wouldnt let me even speak to tell her the order she just rushed me along again with only one other person in line no rush...and then the cherry on top was how she did a shoo sign with her hand like i was a dog....she did it to a gentleman behind me as well and told him "you have 30 seconds to decide" because he said um and looked up at the menu...he had been there for maybe 10 seconds before she said that to him. Then when the order came out she gave me double what i asked for because she didnt listen to my order..i left the extra food on the counter. This mcdonalds has only 16 year olds working at it and it shows as they are always yelling laughing and telling jokes instead of taking orders and offering good support. I realize there are a few good ppl that work there. But its the nicest newest closest mcdonalds to me in Milton and id love to see it change. Or at least have that girl who shood me and the man behind me fired...
