Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Milton

Although I am a big fan of the Mr. Sub franchise, I will not buy another sub from this location (Superstore plaza in Milton) due to their poor hygiene practices. Yesterday I ordered 3 subs and while making the 2nd one the staff was interrupted by an alert from a tablet sitting next to the cash. They stopped making the sub, went over and read something on the tablet, proceeded to pick it up and do something with it with their gloves still on, moved it beside where the food was being prepped, then put both hands that were just using the tablet on the cut bun and patted down the bun all over. When I pointed out what was done, I was told no problem I could have another bun. Then they PUT THAT BUN BACK IN WITH THE OTHER FRESH BUNS so I expect some other unsuspecting customer was given it! They did switch out their gloves and the bun for my order but continued to be distracted and kept asking the same questions about my order multiple times although I had already answered each time. Disappointing experience today at Mr. Sub. I received an email this morning (reference photo added) with Mr. Sub coupons. After work I decided to stop by this Mr. Sub location to grab dinner. Once I reached the counter to be helped I expressed I would like to use the coupon I received from the email sent out this morning. She looked at me confused as if she had no idea what coupons I was referring to, so we went to the till to scan the coupon barcode which she declared was invalid (even though I read the coupon validity out loud which was from February 18th- March 31st 2025). I asked if it was because there was no charges on the till and the coupon had to be scanned after the items were added. She expressed she did not think it would work and did not try anything to help me out. She would then go to the back and not come out for what seemed like forever. At this point I walked out of the store feeling helpless. I went to the other Mr. Sub location in Milton where they were able to provide excellent service. I ordered Mr sub for lunch today. I asked the lady who is little older which sauce has dairy because my son is allergic to dairy. She didn’t even answer my question because I was looking at the list on the window. She cannot tell me which one so she just suggested bbq.

As she was toasting the sub she was mumbling something in her language. When she finished packing the sandwich, she threw the sandwich hard on the tray and mumbling something in her language.
