I came to this location today at around 11:15 today. My daughter went in to place the order in person. It was a lady named Tesla I believe that was taking her order. First of all she wasn’t understanding the order and wanted to change the entire order just so she doesn’t bother understanding the order. She was being very rude and impatient and didn’t want to listen. After preparing the order and she went to pick the cups up, she asked for a tray and then repeated herself and the lady ignored her pretended she didn’t hear her. My daughter came back to the car carrying the cups in her hand almost about to fall out of her hands and feeling very upset. She told me she was ignored and served very rudely. Why is this lady working if she’s going to be rude like this. This is a customer service job that requires you to treat the customers nicely and with respect. If you’re not going to be nice or are in a bad mood this is not the job for you. Go home and get your life together then come back and serve customers. I went back in to see who this server was and she started saying sorry. Sorry after what. What am I going to do with this sorry. Then another white lady in the background started saying it’s done she said sorry. What do you mean she said sorry. That doesn’t help anything about the fact that you disrespected my daughter and treated her very rudely. I gave them back the drinks and insisted they give me back my money. I've never seen wait a minute, I've seen it too much corporations selling out corporations taking something that's nice, good wholesome and ruining it with stale coffee and frozen. Firstly I didn’t order hot chocolate! We patiently asked for a refund as we didn’t order hot chocolate
After our refund got processed we took our drink which should be one chai tea latte with 2 peppermint bags in it and one iced coffee with a pump of caramel syrup
She made the wrong order she just gave us one chai tea latte with zero peppermint bags in it
Upon questioning she rudely answered we won’t listen to you
I asked her for the manager because we wanted to walkin and explain the situation
She rudely shouted that there’s no manager available
