Had my third coffee of the day from here due to the fatigue and extensive driving (work-related) which was cold and not fresh. Asked politely to warm it up or give me a fresh one but was shown temperament and aggressiveness. As a courtesy to others, I moved from the drive-thru lane and went inside. That is where the coffee was handed to me with discourtesy so I asked the name of the manager and she proudly uttered I am the supervisor, Rabia. I told her I care less whoever you are and started thinking about who would have hired her as a supervisor.
She just brushed off and walked away. First of all, it is not my first cup and I know how coffee should be. Secondly, if you have a rough day(natural) Don't bring the negative energy to work. Thirdly, being so rude is not helpful for you and the business. And lastly, you have no right to ruin someone's day who is a paying customer.

Read moreSpent about 20 minutes from the time I lined up to the time I got my food. The staff here are extremely pleasant and they work very fast but it's not fair to them that there are so few of them. There is no way they could keep up with the volume of customers in that store during cottage season. There was ONE lady working the sandwich station making sandwiches for both the drive through and people who decided to line up. You'd think this lady was a super star as she did her best to keep up with the orders; needless to say she simply could not keep up! It would be impossible for ONE person to keep up. If I was any other coffee franchise I would just open up across the street and have a sign that reads "we treat our employees with respect - and hire enough per shift" and I would dominate. Don't even bother lining up!!!
So, My order showed up correct on the screen.....
So needless to say I assumed the grouchy employees could at least read.... Unfortunately this was not the case....
I ordered 4 items.... Not difficult by any means, but one item wasn't even in the bag, my coffee wasn't even close to what was ordered.
Sure it's only $7.00 Well aware... But it's a matter of principal, not money. & It's sad that the employees cannot read correctly, or they don't take enough pride in whatever work they do!!
And the lady at the window was so incredibly bitchy and cold, I bet she couldn't thaw an ice cube!!!!
Not sure if they'd even care.... But they've lost my business...
