So, for starters, I get a 30 minute lunch, I ordered my food online 10 minutes before I took it, I leave, get there, and it takes them 5 minutes to come to the pick up window, instead helping the lineup of 5 customers first. Finally, the guy asks me “Do you have a mobile order”? I think finally yes, 10 minutes later, only to find out, it’s not even been started in prepping.
