Placed a mobile order on the night of 10 NOV. I paid extra for Feta cheese & Alfredo base on the pizza and unfortunately it was all missing. Also the crust was over toasted & some parts were over crispy. After bringing this to his attention, he put a handful of feta cheese on top of pizza and that’s it. Seriously can’t believe this. ///MORE IMPORTANTLY: The guy who was working that day, was so PISSED OFF & IRRITATED with someone on his personal phone. When we were eating pizza , he was constantly shouting like crazy on the phone from the backend & that thing kept going until we left. This atmosphere felt like I was in a bar and security was kicking out the drunk person from their place. This behavior of staff in itself is not a good sign for business. Read moreTonight I ordered a meal to be ready between 5:45 - 6:00. When I arrived at 5:45 I paid and they were running behind and they were very busy. As I waited, a woman that worked there went into the back where they were cooking and started to scream and yell at the workers. She screamed that she was the manager and they have to do what she says and was very insulting toward them. I heard everything as did the other customers and I felt very uncomfortable and distressed for the people being verbally abused in this way. Instead of helping them catch up on the orders, I was made to wait longer so she could scream at them for everyone to hear. At some point she came out front to “apologize for all the noise” which I was pretty disgusted with. After she apologized she went back to begin yelling at them again.

The lady who seemed to be in charge had just hung up the phone upon my arrival and started to complain about the customer that she was just speaking with on the phone. The lady at the cash was apparently new and had no staff training/helping her. She kept asking for help, someone would come and then leave before she was finished and then she needed help again. She also kept sniffing like she needed to blow her nose. It did not feel like a very professional environment. I will give Salvatore another chance because they just opened and I understand when new businesses opens there are kinks that need to be ironed out.
