I’ve visited Biryani Villa multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. Whether dining alone or with friends, this restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Mississauga for authentic Indian cuisine.
One of the things that stands out the most is the exceptional service. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Loveneet and Neha, who always provide warm and friendly service. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor really elevate the overall experience. They go out of their way to ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied with their meals, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. Loveneet and Neha are both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and have made excellent recommendations on several occasions. It’s the little touches—like remembering previous orders or offering a personalized suggestion—that make you feel valued as a customer.
On one visit, I went with a few friends, and we ordered a variety of dishes to share. We were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. The biryani, true to the restaurant's name, was simply outstanding—rich in flavor with perfectly cooked rice and tender meat. The spices were balanced just right, making it one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. Their other dishes, like butter chicken and garlic naan, were also top-notch, with bold flavors that left us wanting more. Even the vegetarian dishes were flavorful and satisfying, showing the range and quality of the menu.
Another time, I dropped by for a quick solo meal, and even though the restaurant was fairly busy, I still received prompt service. Both Loveneet and Neha were attentive, ensuring my food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. Even when dining alone, the experience was enjoyable, thanks to their friendly nature and excellent service.
In terms of atmosphere, Biryani Villa strikes the perfect balance. It’s casual enough for a quick meal but still has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes it great for a more relaxed dinner with friends or family. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience.
Overall, Biryani Villa offers an incredible dining experience, from the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious food. Whether you’re a fan of biryani, curries, or vegetarian dishes, the quality of the food is consistently excellent. And with such friendly and attentive service from staff like Loveneet and Neha, this restaurant truly stands out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Indian...
Read moreReply: I am pretty sure you are frustrated, not me as with this quality of service and poor attitude you are not going to get any business from anyone. We were never been informed that we will have to leave by 9.45. I was in the car at 9.53 before that we were done. Moreover you are no one to advise me if I should give my child to watch cartoon or not. And we have no intention to watch cartoon sitting at your restaurant where AC was also not properly on. We were tired and wanted to leave as early as possible. But your behavior made our experience terrible.Go correct your business hours in Google that says closing time 10.30pm. no wonder there was no customer on weekend evening at your restaurant.
Food is good. But the service is horrible. If you don't want to serve food just let your customers know that you will close, there are many options available in the city. Instead you just insist to finish eating in 10 mins and leave. The lady didn't even let my 3 yr old finish her eating and asked to give her that plate to wrap up. Never had this type of service in any other restaurants before.I had to ask for a tissue for the naan she was eating and she finished that in the car. When we asked that Google page shows the restaurant is open until 10 pm and it is 9.40 she said no ,the Internet timing is not correct. Definitely I'm not going back to eat here. Not to mention she gave us some unwanted advice about parenting and eating habits etc. without knowing about our background or situation. ( Anyways I didn't mind the free advice if she was nicer with her server service, definitely she needs to learn a lot to sustain in the...
Read moreI have to say the Ambiance is lovely the chairs, plates, sofas and lights!
The service is good too i’d say but not great can have significant improvement
As we really wanted to give an honest review to the restaurant itself but didn’t get the chance as no one asked us on the dinning table about our experience.
The boneless chicken dum biryani we ordered was good in taste but the spices were a little too overdone.
The malai tikka - was not as expected there was extreme lack of flavour. This might sound a little off but the chicken just tasted like boiled chicken with some sauce there was absolutely no flavour! The only way it works is if you dipp it completely in the green chutney and then eat it (but that’s not how it’s supposed to be)
Chicken kadai - couldn’t bring it on the table and had to ask them to not bring it out as our expectation were pretty low by this time but the restaurant declined our request and said we still have to take it and pay for it so we did a takeaway (significant customer service improvements needed)
I bet they have other good things but just be cautious with these items I mentioned above
i wish the place best as it seems they are trying to put in efforts but just need the right areas...
