Read moreI'm really disappointed with my experience at this shawarma place. The service was pretty terrible, especially from the female staff. They just seemed uninterested in helping. On the other hand, the male staff were working really hard, which was a bit of a contrast. The shawarma was served cold, which was a big problem for me. I asked her to reheat it, but the staff member didn't seem to care. She just took the shawarma and didn't even bother to check if it was properly wrapped. The wrap itself was in a stale old cover that looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The whole experience was frustrating. The cold shawarma and lack of care from the staff really took away from my visit. Given the issues I had, I wouldn't recommend this place to others. Maybe they just need to work on their service to get things back on track. The food itself was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff member who attended to me seemed a bit unenthusiastic and not entirely willing to engage. When I attempted to communicate with her in her native language, I got the sense that she wasn't interested in responding in kind. Instead, she seemed to be putting on an accent that didn't quite fit her, It felt like she was trying to adopt a Canadian tone that wasn't natural for her. Despite the food being tasty, the awkward interaction put a bit of a damper on my visit. Maybe they just need to focus on training their staff to be a bit more welcoming and genuine in their...
Read moreI have encountered many negative customer service experiences with this place. I ordered again yesterday through door dash and they purposely drenched my salad with garlic sauce. I literally could not even eat the salad and had to throw it out. I never selected to order any garlic sauce for my Greek salad order. Since I had many negative interactions with the employees at this place, I decided to call and yell at them, and asked for the managers email. They refused to give me the managers email and started laughing at me. There was also another time were I ordered chicken on sticks. And what I received was way too much chicken and hardly no fries. If you are the manager or owner reading this, please train your employees to do better, If not terminate them and hire employees that have compassion and that can take their job seriously. Customers are paying over $15-$20 per meal. And it's not okay for them to be giving low quality food. I paid $10 for this salad when I could have went to Harvey's and get a salad that is better quality for $7. I had to contact door dash for a refund! You cannot tell me this salad...
