When it comes to quality service, it's not something I expect from Rajdhani, however today's interaction blew my mind not in a good way. I wanted one biryani for take out but I had to split it and give it to two people. So I asked for another takeout container. First I was told anything with rajdhani logo they are not allowed to give. Then I asked if I buy can buy the take out container. Got told no. Asked if I can have the take out container that has no rajdhani logo on it and got told no. The only way to get two containers is if I order 2 biryanis.
This really doesn't make sense to me. If it makes sense to you then kudos to you, but I request the management to consider adding prices to buy take out containers separately or having non branded containers to facilitate a request like mine.
Is this going to make me stop going to rajdhani probably not. But it does leave a bad taste in my mouth and I'll probably go to another restaurant for takeout before I come to rajdhani that's for sure.
Word of mouth marketing spreads like fire and one of the best marketing techniques. This will be shared in my circle who will share it with their circle and so on. The ripple effect is uncanny and being in service industry I was hoping service but I guess I had high expectations from a place that doesn't...
Read moreThis Rajadhani branch at Westwood Mall left me underwhelmed, especially given the brand’s usual standards. While online reviews skew overwhelmingly positive, the experience feels noticeably inconsistent—many aspects hint at priorities misplaced. The setup leans heavily into self-service, with a clunky order-number system that struggles under echoing, overly loud music, making it tough to hear updates.
Cleanliness is an ongoing issue: tables often feel sticky, floors need more frequent attention, and the restrooms were unfortunately out of service during both of my visits. Staff engagement falls short here compared to other locations; interactions felt transactional at best, and proactive assistance was nonexistent. Even the food lacked the depth of flavor Rajadhani is known for—dishes leaned bland and hastily assembled, closer to generic mall offerings than the vibrant regional cuisine they typically showcase.
While other branches maintain their reputation for warmth and quality, this location feels like a missed opportunity. For now, I’d recommend prioritizing their standalone restaurants over this...
Read moreThis place has good food, would get a snack and get it for dine in since it is cold outside cause of winter. However, recently went and ordered a couple samosas and requested dine in and was told they have a new rule that minimum order needs to be $5 to dine in. Never have i been to a restaurant where they have had this rule. The reason for this rule was that customers with bigger dine in order complain....how does that make any sense. Its a restaurant and you respect each customer and the business they bring to your restaurant.
How do other diners know how long you are there for and what you ordered. Common sense is that if you order less food you will leave sooner. Having heard this, we felt disrespected and unwelcome, this is clearly favoritism and a restaurant should be neutral. How is the amount of money I spent less important than those who spend more. Each dollar of customers goes into building the business and now they are rejecting those same customers. This is extremely rude and a way to lose your customers. Would never go to this kind of place ever again and will spread the word...
