Would definitely like to highlight them adding additional sugars and also additional Color to the smoothies defeating the whole purpose to advertising the healthy smoothies….

Most importantly the rudest server I have ever met. Out of the four people working there, the lovely lady with hat had a very bad attitude. Absolutely no respect and no sense of customer service.

Also would like to mention that we mentioned about no sugar as soon as we placed the order, but she(lady with hat) still did it. Thinking that we didn’t mention ‘no sugar’ before, we still paid for the order and asked them to make new ones. To our surprise, there was additional powdery substance they called flavour was added to the smoothies. The other three staff members and the owner was helpful as they gave us new ones but be careful about what you going for...

Lots of cut fruits in their stand. I am hoping they are using it all up soon enough. I went here because of the good reviews and was very disappointed. The place was clean when we arrived but the smell was undeniably not that of fruit, or teas or bubbles. It smelled like spices, curry, coriander, cumin. I don't have anything against it but I am definitely not expecting that smell from a bubble tea place. Service was quick, we were the only customers. Pineapple slush tasted like a powdered drink although I saw a huge container of pineapple in front of the guy making it. It is too sweet though I ask for half sweetness. Taro was bland. And the tapioca wasn't chewy at all. Waste of money,...

Hey Fruitomann “ please get fresh fruits not rotten garbage “ If you charge me $15 for 2 mango juice I expect that quality. I don’t get juice as a substitute for “ENEMA”

The lady at the counter was ridiculously rude . While we complained that the mangoes were rotten she started yelling at us without a second thought, and she said she cut it today . I can’t understand that logic, as rotten mangoes are rotten even if you are cutting it today or tomorrow.
