Burger Factory — Restaurant in Mississauga

Worst branch of BURGER FACTORY I have visited ever. The franchisor should look into the practices and ingredients being followed here. The items doesnt taste the same or even close to similar as compared to their other locations. And the staff is horrible, Khalid, the employee who works in the kitchen has ZERO knowledge of how to make the items on the menu and was very rude. And the girl(Daljit) working at the front does not know how to speak with a customer. We ordered 2 Utility Steak and 1 Compressor, upon receiving the order we found out that the cheese on UTILITY was not melted properly and it was very dry. I went back to them and simply asked them to melt the cheese properly and give it back, on that, Khalid said that there is nothing he can do about it, the most he can do is put it on the warmer. And the girl told me that they have topped the Utility with extra cheese and hence it is not melted. Upon insisting to get the cheese melted properly as that is how it is supposed to be served, she told us that she will remove the cheese and give the order instead but cant do anything else. The response was so horrible that we didn't say anything to her after that and just accepted what was given to us as we were getting late. Adding to that, the beef strips were not cooked properly either, and the gravy that they used to make Utility was very horrible in taste as well. It was 10 past 10, when we went back to her to order Funnel cake as dessert and she denied to take our order and said they were closed already but had no issues to accept orders from SKIP THE DISHES/ UBER EATS after that. Upon checking their hours we found that they are open until 10:30pm, is this how you are running the business? If you are using a brands name to run your business and make money, atleast give the services what customers expect in the name of that brand. Definitely not coming back here ever or advise anyone to go or order from...

My family and I visited the Derry location for Father's Day, and what a treat it was! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the servers were all so friendly! Especially Brother Raouf, brother Abdur Rahman (who usually works at the Dixie location and was visiting the Derry location that day), and brother Kareem, all so caring and kind. We ordered a wide variety of burgers including the Machine, the Crispy Chicken Burger, the Classic Burger, and Utility Chicken. Super happy with all our food, cooked to perfection! We had such a wonderful experience, we ended up visiting again a few days later to try their funnel cakes! HANDS DOWN BEST FUNNEL CAKES EVER, so light and fluffy! I'm sure I'll be dreaming about these for days to come. Better than the Wonderland funnel cakes by leaps and bounds. These lovely people put their heart into their work, and it clearly shows in their high quality of food and service. Thank you for making our experience so lovely, this will definitely be a go-to place for our future family meals!

I went to Burger Factory located inside the “Metro” plaza at Derry & Tenth Line. It was my first time here and to one of these chains. I came on a Wednesday (March 22-23). It was cheeseburger day, so of course I went with that, fully loaded, with almost all of the free toppings. Which there are a LOT. My friend got a combo, so we shared the fries. Which was a good thing, as they give you enough for two! The fries were so crispy and seasoned perfectly. The burger was picture perfectly and hot! We also got milkshakes. I went with chocolate, and you can’t go wrong with that!!! The staff was friendly. The food came at a reasonable time. And I have no problem waiting for food to be cooked on the spot, and served hot. I was throughly impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, cost, and overall value. This will definitely be my go to burger joint down the street. Picture attached for reference!
