Iโm writing this review after my third awful experience at this tim hortons location. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but now itโs reached a point where I just canโt believe this franchise is allowed to stay open.
Today, I went through the drive-thru to get the drink that I paid for (I was given the wrong drink) and the lady at the window gave me attitude from the minute I drove up. Saying next time go back to the location that made your wrong order because itโs not our problem. Her exact words.
The drink was a very fresh iced cap with whipped cream - you can tell it was made moments ago. I told her the reason I came to this location was that the other one was busy for me to go through again and this location was on my way to work. She proceeded to be very disrespectful saying this was the second time this year they get someone asking for a fixed order? I donโt understand how that concerns your customer?
South asian 50-55 y/o, she was working at the drive through window today around 1 pm. She left me distraught.
Previously, about a couple weeks ago - they tried to charge my husband for the โcupโ of extra ice because of the physical โcup costโ โฆI know inflation is hitting them hard but come on?
I truly donโt understand how this franchise owner gets away with this stinginess.
I recommend everyone to save yourself the bad attitude and go to the tims on Argentia, that location has consistent customer service. Top Notch.
Stay away from this...

To the owner or head office, this girl served me and my friend at front counter with โextremely rude attitudeโ, when I was asking to toast my croissant ๐ฅ in actual Toaster she was yelling from the front desk to someone inside that I can do that or not? A lady from inside said NO. Was I argumentative to her? Is this the way to greet guest? Afterwards, no surprise, they messed up with coffee. We politely asked for one cream on side. With her attitude she grab a bag and put 2 creams and paper napkins squeezed and even my friend told clearly, I just need one cream. But she kept there and leave. I used to work in quick service restaurants, I am completely aware about to talk and greet people. She was serving in the way, like she is doing charity to us. Before us, there was kind lady asking for her receipt, still she was not listening and paying attention, and she asked again for her receipt and she gave it to her. Donโt tell me that she is in training, she is so rude and someone needs to take care of this.. to all, respect...
ย ย ย Read moreI have made probably a dozen or so orders through both drive thru and in store, and without exaggeration not a single time has my order been made correctly. When you ask for your original order, they fight you over it. Often they will insist that whatever you receive is what you actually ordered, and rush to get you to leave without any apology. "Earl grey tea" doesn't sound anything like "coffee with milk" but I guess I'm wrong about that. And certainly don't expect them to give you your actual order. The woman working drive thru every morning around 5:30-6am literally shoves your food out the window without even looking at you while talking to other staff too.
At this point I should stop giving this location so many chances or just accept the fact that my order will be made with a randomizer. Bathrooms are pretty gross here too. If you're driving, just spend an extra five minutes and go to the location by the Walmart plaza - the service is actually okay, in-store is fairly clean, and your order will be right most...
