I am always up for Gino’s whenever I get a chance! But by far this was our worst experience. Thanks to the staff. The space is really small with only four stools to sit on. We were two families so it was really hard to adjust with the cramped space. It was cold outside so we didn’t had much choice. The staff took a little longer than usual to bake our pizzas and then there were no toppings. We asked for plates but the staff ignored. We were able to see him clearly so we saw he heard but chose to ignore. Then we had to call him loudly to get the plate and oregano. Oregano was really really old and clearly expired. It was powdered (god knows why!)
Later one other staff came on the counter and increased the volume of the TV as much as he could have. My friend asked him to lower it but he ignored. If this location closes there’s no wonder who would be responsible. It was so loud that we had to leave apart from being cold outside. The picture attached to my review is the guy who ruined our evening. He was making faces at us. I was taking picture of our kids and he came in the background so thought of sharing with other fellow customers who doesn’t want to ruin their experience and day! Stay miles away from...

Read moreNEVER PAY FOR DELIVERY BEFORE HAND HERE!!!! Ordered delivery even though I live a 5 minute drive max from the store because I had guests over. I had to call the customer service line twice and both times they said it was going to be out shortly. It says max 45 minute wait on the website and my pizza came over 70 minutes late. Then when I asked the pizza guy what happened he said either he takes the pizzas back and my money or I take the pizzas and shut up. He proceeded to tell me how he didn't care because it was his last delivery of the night and he's going home now. I live 2 minutes from this ginos location. The funny part was he came right as I WAS LEAVING TO PICK UP MY OWN PIZZA THAT I PAID DELIVERY FOR. If you're thinking of ordering here go to the PIZZAVILLE down the street on Danton Promenade, they have BETTER PIZZA, BETTER SERVICE, BETTER EVERYTHING. If your delivery guy is a tan man with a black mustache and glasses...
