Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Mississauga

My new favourite Shawarma place. Decided to try Osmows today for a quick lunch and right away loved the service. The employees were friendly. The computer ordering screen had their toppings listed in a rather large font so it was really easy to choose what toppings you want. Got a Regular Chicken Shawarma and it was really big and was stuffed with chicken and the toppings I ordered. It was super delicious too. Their prices are really reasonable when you factor in the portion sizes. They have lots of variety for meat lovers as well as for vegetarians and vegans and beyond meat lovers. Check out their website to see all the different things they offer and the prices they charge. They have a photo legend on the website so you can see whether something is vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free and/or egg free. Definitely a restaurant that has something for everybody. And if you want to make sure what you want is available at the location or even just save some time, you can conveniently place your order for pick-up or delivery from the website. They even have instructions for what they should do if an item is sold out (go with merchant recommendation, refund this item, contact me or cancel entire order) so you can choose which one best suits you. It is with a heavy heart that I find myself giving Osmow's Shawarma a 2-star rating. As a loyal customer who has frequented this establishment numerous times, it pains me to observe what seems to be a gradual decline in the quality of their offerings.

During my recent purchase of a chicken shawarma, I couldn't help but notice a noticeable drop in taste and overall satisfaction. The chicken, which used to be a highlight, was unexpectedly tougher, and the shawarma seemed to lack the usual generous amount of mayo that contributes to its distinctive flavor. The experience was a far cry from the great meals I've enjoyed in the past at Osmow's.

I sincerely hope that Osmow's Shawarma takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of their food. As a long-time supporter, it's disheartening to witness a decline in the flavors that initially won me over. Here's to hoping that the management addresses these concerns and brings back the excellence that I've come to associate with...

This is about the workers that work late night specifically the one man and the woman that answer the phone. They ALWAYS lie to me and make me pay for extra garlic sauce on uber eats but they NEVER add it even though I pay for it. They never listen, mess up my orders MULTIPLE times, and because of that I need to call them EVERYTIME to make sure my order is not messed up. And even yet it's so ironic they act like they get bothered and annoyed by me calling when them not listening and constantly messing up my orders is the reason I need to call everytime before ordering. Maybe I wouldn't need to call and confirm everytime if they can follow instructions and NOT mess up my order for once. On the calls too, I need to clearly tell them what I need everytime like they are children and they confirm too everytime while acting annoyed yet they can't follow simple instructions and STILL mess up my order. It's a shame too because the food at this branch tastes great but those late night workers are too...
