Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Mississauga

I was so excited to receive this order as I have heard great things about this place. Take it from me, unless you want sloppy, soggy, inconsistent and massively over spiced food, DO NOT order from here. I was beyond disappointed with our entire order, starting with this order of what is supposed to be a tabbouleh salad but as you can see from the picture this is really just an onion salad, that was doused with lemon juice. I ordered my daughter a chicken shawarma wrap and specifically asked for little spice. The wrap came heavily packed, falling apart and soggy and was so spicy she couldn’t even eat it. My husband and I both ordered the beyond meat wraps and I wish I had taken a photo or two before I threw them both in the garbage. They were falling apart, soggy and had so much seasoning and sauce that they were not even edible. The description says deliciously seasoned beyond meat topped with Osmos signature sauces, however the meat mixture was soggy and almost soup like with so much sauce which was so overpowering it made the wrap inedible. It was just a soggy wet mess. The description does not say it comes like a chilli, but that’s exactly what it was but with so much spice and hot sauce we couldn’t even eat them. I’m beyond angry at how expensive this entire meal was only for us to not be able to enjoy and eat any of it and I will NEVER order from here again. What an utter failure and total...

Ill start by saying that i have no issues with anyone at this restaurant, this is just an honest experience i had today and had to share it. Ive been to almost every shawarma spot in this city and a few in toronto and this has been the worst by far. My wife and i put an order in over the phone for pickup which was very difficult in itself considering the employee they chose to answer the phone calls sounds like she's speaking gibberish when she speaks to you. Picked up my order and the two things i asked for they did the opposite. I asked for the garlic sauce on the side and no hot sauce. The meals in the containers were covered in what they call garlic sauce which ill get to that next, hot sauce gobs all over both meals as well (great). I took the food and didnt complain, dont have time to wait for new meals and make a fuss like a pre madonna 😃.. anyways the garlic sauce is some kind of watered down mayonnaise and pretty sure it doesnt have one hint of garlic in it. Me and my wife ate our meals which honestly didnt taste all that good and not long after we both had a stomache ache. Im sitting in the stomach ache right now while typing this and i do recommend that anyone out there that wants a quick meal or shawarma to stay far away from this place. The garlic sauce is disgusting, luckily we didnt puke but the night is still young. NO THANK YOU TO OSMOWS!!!!...

I came into the store looking for a good meal, and the first thing that hit me was this weird smell coming from the store. I went up to the cahier and ordered a Large Chicken on the stix. After I waited for about 5 minutes the meal was finished and I was ready to eat. Upon opening the food container I was surprised by the amount of food $13.30 could pay for. The portions were quite small for the much amount of food I had payed for. While Fidgeting with my food I also noticed how small the chicken portions were, like very small. The chicken was shredded to a minuscule degree. I had a hard time getting my fork to poke the meat because it kept on sliding in between the fork's tine. I felt as if I would've gotten more chicken if I ordered a shawarma. The fries were ok, lukewarm to be exact. The only redeeming qualities would probably have to be the sauce, which does not fill the tummy of any rational person who is looking for something to eat. All in all, pretty bad experience I've had them before. For example the time I once ordered chicken on the rocks and the rice tasted like plastic and felt cold.

I wold rather recommend an individual to go to a popeyes or Mcdonalds here you know the quality is fast-foo like. Don't waste your time and money on a franchise who seem to care about quality in the slightest, for...
