Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Mississauga

When I originally reviewed this place, that was 7 years ago; the business is now under new management, and the new owner reached out to me recently and asked me to come in and try them again since they have overhauled the menu.

The new owner had given me a coupon code, that was apparently only good in restaurant and not online... Which was a little annoying, but did not prevent me from ordering from them. The new owner, Deep, The super courteous and friendly, and nature everything was correct.

Now, you've been going to Pizza Depot at this location since it opened many years ago, and we've always found them to be friendly and tasty, so the bar was pretty high. When I came in to the shop, there was one person being served before me, and one person came in after me and we were waiting.

A lady walked in after the second person and went right up to the counter and bypass everybody else waiting-- that was extremely rude of her, and I didn't let the fact that the staff does not tell her to wait due to the lineup. All of us had already ordered our food, we're just waiting to pick it up... Not sure why she felt that she was more important than people who came before her? Oh well.

We ordered two large pizzas and a garlic bread, with creamy garlic dip. Our pizzas were cooked to perfection, instructions followed perfectly, and they were delicious. I'm a big fan of thin crust pizzas, and my vegetarian thin crust came out perfectly cooked, I had asked them to cook it well done and it was. The garlic bread was a little underdone and underwhelming, that's probably our only complaint... It's still edible, but probably will not be ordering that again. My family was very happy with their meal, And we will continue to be patrons at this location of...

It is with utmost satisfaction that I compose this review concerning Pizza Depot. On the date of May 9, 2023, at approximately 6pm, I engaged in an online transaction to acquire 2 medium-sized pizzas. Notably, these pizzas were freshly prepared, exhibiting an exquisite taste that left an indelible impression upon my palate.

Significantly, what truly distinguished the dining experience was the unparalleled level of customer service rendered by two employees, namely Vishav and Hargun, who operate within the establishment. Their exceptional attributes and commitment were readily apparent, as they greeted me upon my arrival and conveyed an affable demeanor. The manner in which they attended to my needs conveyed a sense of warmth and familiarity, akin to that of familial interaction rather than mere customer service. Without hesitation, I unequivocally intend to frequent this establishment in the future.

Ordered online for pick up and was called 40mins later being told they didn’t have the salad I ordered - no big deal, asked if the rest of the order was ready and they said another 15mins. Which again no problem, but still seemed like a very long time for a pick up order. Head there earlier than the time stated and somehow everything was cold? Pictures show what looks to be boneless wings vs what was given. Option for extra saucy or sauce on side while adding to cart and apparently no matter what you pick you get sauce on side (you don’t have a sauce option either btw) $10 for chicken freaking nuggets? I don’t think so. McDonald’s where you at. Never going to this place again. Also the pizza since I guess this is a pizza place which should be there pride and joy sucked too....
