I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service - terrible. Staff are rude and treat you bad. Totally Unhygienic. Meat is of terrible quality. Went to buy goat. They showed us a piece which seemed good, however added another piece which looked terrible. We asked them about it and they said it’s good and not bad. However, later when we got home and were looking to clean the meat, one half was totally rotten and smelled ridiculous. We tried going back to the store and asking about it, they just completely ignored the scenario saying it can sometimes happen. The store is full of products, but an expansion would be beneficial. The best part is the owner and his team, who provide excellent customer service and are always dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you wish to buy rotten vegetables, meet a butcher that lies through his teeth and take home groceries at the most unreasonable prices, Fatima Groceries is the best place where you can have all these experiences under one roof. I have never come across such foul smelling potatoes, grateful to Fatima Groceries for the exposure. The butcher claimed to have the best lamb, chicken and veal. Well, most of them do so but their claims are never so far fetched. The chicken was tough, lamb was smelly and veal was most probably some old cow. If this was the last grocery in Mississauga, I would still avoid this...
