The employee's name is "Shabnam" and I'm almost 100% certain that she is the one who is being referred to in the previous 2 reviews. I visited last week and was UTTERLY disappointed with her service. As soon as I walk in, I see her giggling and laughing with another girl that was there (I'm assuming they were related as they looked very much alike) and totally ignored me for at least 2 minutes while I'm waiting to order. When I demanded her attention, she instantly started showing me attitude and rolling her eyes as if I disturbed her "play time". I guess customers are not important to her because it seems like she really hates her job. Regardless, we got into an argument the very FIRST thing I said. "Can I please have 3 footlong subs, which breads do you have?" I asked because it was late at night around 10pm (store closes at 11pm) and I know they usually don't have many breads left over by this time. Her response was so irritating... she said she "thinks" she's not allowed to give me the last 3 footlong breads because she was closing soon and she "thinks" she should leave a few breads overnight for the customers in the MORNING so they have a choice of different breads to eat. WHAT THE F? This pissed me off. She kept trying to force her opinion and make me buy the crustiest flat breads available. Anyways, without getting into too many details about our back and forth conversation, she finally agreed to give me the breads I asked for. Why the f are you worried about morning customers when there's a PAYING customer right there right now? Ridiculous and disrespectful girl. Grow up and fix your attitude towards life. Regardless, the sandwiches were made EXACTLY how I asked them as I was being stubborn in my requests and she rolled her eyes at every single thing, which didn't matter to me at all. I treated her the way I was treated and I guarantee she'll remember who I am the next time I visit. Oh and I will be visiting this exact location as it is most convenient for me. I'm kinda hoping to see her a few times again before she gets fired, so I can straighten her out. PS. I've reported her to Subway Inc.'s head office, so I doubt I'll actually...
Read moreI just saw the nastiest thing today here. Lady who's behind the counter drops the bread knife while taking care of a customer. There were three others in front of me and social distancing, I can see behind where they have their sink. The lady finishes with the customer and is preoccupied with him with respects to the promos. The knife still on the floor I noticed. After she's finished with the promo issue guy, she asks the next gentleman how many subs he wants. He said three subs. She proceeds to pick up the knife from the dirty floor and I could see here go back and just give it literally a quick rinse. Not even a second. She comes out and proceeds to start cutting the bread for the next costumer. I cut in line and I asked her if she washed that knife, the one she picked up from the floor, with soap? She claimed yes, to which I told her that I was watching all this time and she just went back, quick rinse and came back out. She claimed it's a different knife. I pointed out to her that she had the same knife she picked up from the floor on the same hand all the time. Totally appalling!! When the customer asked her to change knife, she claimed it was changed and that she was using a different knife. She wasn't. I left and went next door to buy something else. The customer also left.
I generally order delivery from this location, but after seeing what just happen, I won't be anymore.
In this day in age with what's going around, it DOESN'T matter how long it takes. Cleanliness, Health and Safety must be priority. I wish I could give less than...
Read moreCame there today @10:25. Me and like 2 other dudes were waiting for the guy to finish making a customer order. Took alone like 8 minutes to finish that dude order. Then he began making an online order and ignored the line he had in the store. The 2 other dudes in line behind me decided to leave and it was just me and the employee. the guy proceed to make another online order and told me to wait??? I decided to leave after that. In total they lost 3 customers because the dude wanted to focus on online orders instead of in person orders.
The dude that worked today was mad slow and need to prioritize customers in the store, over online orders. What the point of standijg next in line while this man just ignores me and makes online order the whole time, eventually getting the food cold before the person can even pick it up. Wouldn’t it make more sense to make online orders after finishing up the 3 customer line to ensure the online order is fresh and still hot? That way you wouldn’t have waste any customers time.
Basically, stay away from online ordering from this store unless you want cold food and don’t come in this store unless you like waiting in line for a guy to take forever to take your order cause he wanna make online orders… I use to be a regular and would tip all the time (i go there a lot after work) but after this experience of wasting my time and gas, making me wait 15 minutes just so you guys can focus on online orders instead of a regular customer who literally got in the store physically , i don’t think id...
