Don't care about customers.
True story: Ordered 3 pizzas from this place, mainly because they are dirt cheap. The pizza is mediocre at best but passable USUALLY. One of the pizzas turned out to be something we didn't order. No problem right? Just call and they should send a new pizza without hassle right? WRONG! So I call and explain that one of our pizzas has the wrong toppings on it. The lady starts to make a big deal over it, saying first they'll send one out but it will be over an hour because they're busy, then tries to tell me I have to bring the pizza back to them! I tell her sure, I'll bring the pizza to you if you give me the right one AND give me a refund, which seems totally reasonable to me given that they're now making me go out of my way to fix their mistake. She says she'll have to check, and I ask if I can just talk directly to the owner. Get him on the phone, and he maintains that I have to bring the pizza to them. I give him my offer of replacement pizza plus refund, and he starts yelling at me and actually HANGS UP ON ME! Now I feel it necessary to say that I was in no way a jerk, just very business-like and obviously willing to accept a compromise given that they were very busy and I wanted my pizza. But now I'm just livid with the lack of decency expressed by the owner of this establishment after he actually had the nerve to hang up on me. We call back and give them the ultimatum; bring the pizza now or lose our business - and we have given them lots of business, basically on account of the dirt-cheapness of their pizza, but in no way because I wouldn't rather have any major pizza chain where the quality and service are so much better. Anyway they eventually send out another pizza, with half the toppings we actually wanted (we asked for double pepperoni) - and even wanted the botched pizza back.
Needless to say this level of customer service is not only shockingly bad, but it's downright insulting. I wouldn't normally take the time to bother writing one of these if I didn't feel the need to protect my neighbours from being screwed over and made to feel like a criminal because you want what you paid for.
Oh, and we didn't eat the pizza they brought as a replacement. It looked like crap and who wants a spit pizza anyway?

However, staff did not update order status to "Ready for Pickup" when it was ready leading me to check online probably 20 times over a 1 hr 15 minute period to see if pizza was ready. Finally decided to call and a rushed, gruff lady said, "I can't see your call display, hang-up and call again" and then she hung-up without me able to say anything. Decided to go to location to find out what was going on. My pizza had been ready supposedly in 20 minutes so it had been sitting getting cold, dry and stale for close to an hour!!! I showed the lady how the online order wasn't updated to “Ready for Pickup” and she said she was too busy to update online orders. She did apologize but did not offer any discount or reconciliation (I didn’t ask for any, just expect companies and employees to make things right). She was perfectly content in giving a customer a cold, stale pizza and charging full price. She wouldn’t take the 10 – 20 seconds to update their order system so the customer at home knows when to come and get it. Their online system doesn’t show eta when you place an order and I had read a negative review of another customer who was told 30 minutes and he came in 40 minutes and it wasn’t ready and then had to wait another 15 minutes for his order so I didn’t want to show-up and waste my time like that person did. Read moreJuly 7th, 6pm If i could give 0 Stars i would. Im a regular here and always get an extra large pepperoni pizza. The walkin. Today i got it and was served an 8 slice Large pizza in a XL box. I walked in and showed it to the lady working there and she blatantly told me thats the size its supposed to be when i know its not, from other reviews and my past experience.
She said maybe she cut the wrong amount of slices and went and made one more cut to make it 10 slices. I told her its the size of the pizza thats the issue. She said no thats the XL box. I agreed it was the XL box but with a large pizza inside. She refused to admit it and continued to argue. Then she brought the pizza tray for the XL and placed it ONTOP of my pizza. It still didnt match but she continued to say its the same while talking in hindi to the other worker there who could clearly see its not an XL pizza. I mean its clear from my pictures but apparently this is how it's supposed to be. SHE EVEN SPACED OUT THE SLICES INITIALLY TO MAKE IT LOOK LARGER. the picture below is after i pushed the pizza together
