While the facility itself was clean, the equipment new, and the staff appeared organized, we were extremely disappointed with how the washroom situation was handled.
We paid for a two-hour party, yet the washrooms were locked 15 minutes before the end without any prior notice. Although there was a general 15-minute party ending warning, nothing was said about locking essential facilities like the washrooms.
Locking the bathrooms early for cleaning — especially at an event for toddlers — is completely unacceptable. It is unreasonable to expect young children to go without access to a washroom for the final part of the event and for a long drive home.
Despite voicing our concern at the time, staff refused to unlock the washrooms, which shows a lack of consideration for your guests’ basic needs.
We paid for two full hours, not one hour and 45 minutes, and we expected access to facilities for the entire time.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY: Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to follow up, but I do want to clarify a few important points from our side.
Firstly, at no point before or during the party were we ever informed that the washrooms would be closed prior to the end of our scheduled time. To suggest otherwise is simply not accurate. The announcement made at the 15-minute mark did not mention washroom closures — it only signaled the approaching end of the party.
Secondly, even if the washrooms were closed five minutes before the end time, as you’ve stated (though in our case, they were locked earlier), toddlers should never be turned away from a washroom before the party has officially ended. And frankly, if it truly was only five minutes early, what meaningful difference would that make in your ability to clean a washroom? Especially considering the sign posted on the washroom door indicated that the next party was scheduled 30 minutes later. 5 minuets? That small time window should never outweigh the needs of young children.
Lastly, the tone of the response — both in writing and during the actual event — felt more focused on defending protocol than showing empathy. When children are visibly distressed and asking to use the washroom, flexibility and understanding should take priority.
We enjoyed many aspects of the party, but this experience left a disappointing final impression. I hope this feedback encourages some reflection on how these policies are communicated and enforced...
Read more⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Customer Service Despite a Great Facility
We recently hosted our child’s 6th birthday party at Jusplay Mississauga. While the facility itself is new and has great potential with thoughtfully designed party packages for busy parents, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by very disappointing customer service from the management.
Having organized multiple parties across the GTA at places like Playscious, Funville, Kids at Play, and Chuck E. Cheese, we’ve never been treated the way we were here. I had requested a 15-minute early entry over the phone to help our family settle in and take some photos before the guests arrived. They verbally agreed — but on the day of the party, after giving us our wristbands, they locked the door and told us to wait outside in our car as we were early. Despite having elderly grandparents and birthday kid with us, they refused to let us wait even in a corner of the facility, insisting on a rigid 5-minute early entry policy.
To make matters worse, there were no other parties scheduled before ours or at our time( we were the only ones booked for that time ). We weren’t interfering with any setup or operations — just asking for a bit of flexibility and a gesture of courtesy, especially given the hot summer weather.
I completely understand having rules, but enforcing them without any empathy or basic customer consideration — especially after giving prior approval — is poor service. Other venues like Chuck E. Cheese and Playscious have always been accommodating and they also do all set ups, even with much larger operations.
Jusplay may have the infrastructure to succeed, but if customer experience doesn’t become a priority, especially for hosting children’s parties, it will be hard to recommend this place to other parents.

Read moreThis play place is very cool! The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming upon entry. The place is clean and maintained, with lots of fun things to explore inside the playscape. My son had a ton of fun here, we were there for 3 hours. My only concern is you are not allowed to bring in your own food or snacks for your child. They recommend you use their 'cafe' that offers pizza, fries, muffins etc. If you're someone like me who enjoys feeding your child with natural foods and fruits that are organic and health based, then it's really difficult to enjoy 3 hours worth of play and not have access to have any substance as fuel for energy. That is my only complaint. Perhaps offering a separate section where kids can enjoy a healthier food option, or offering more in your repertoire at the cafe would be ideal. Overall, fun place...
