Starbucks — Restaurant in Mississauga

I don't know what has happened with the new workers at this starbucks but they do not know how to make any of the drinks and everytime I order even a basic drink they look at me like they have no idea what that is. I have ordered from here 3 times in the last few weeks and my drink has been made wrong each time. When I ask if they have any of the breakfast/lunch items they always say no. I asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and the lady asked me what that is - did this starbucks not train any of the workers because that is one of the most popular drinks. It also feels like you are constantly being judged everytime you order something and they rush you as well as asking you to explain what your order means. Like I asked for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they asked me to explain to them what that means. When I asked for a caprese sandwich they asked me what that is and I explained the ingredients to them. I don’t usually write reviews but the cashier who took my order last evening around 5pm didn’t even understand what I was trying to order. She gave a lot of attitude and honestly she looked like she didn’t wanna be there. She had to turn around and look at the board to realize what I was ordering (strawberry matcha oat drink…one of the newer seasonal drinks). I know UTM has some slow line ups but it’s really because the NEW staff here don’t move an inch. It’s slow because the workers won’t stop talking and the cashiers don’t know their own menu (the cashier took an order for two boys after and she didn’t even know what was left in their bakery: “i don’t know, I guess it’s blueberry” )? Also the wait time from the line to finish was 30 minutes & the drink wasn’t the same quality as you would regularly get at...

if this is the starbucks in the library then not applicable. the starbucks in deerfield is so bad. ive been there multiple times looking for a coffee pickmeup but everytime i leave more upset than i arrived. today i ordered one of the new pecan drinks and paid for it. I stood by the pickup counter as I waited. as the lady was making my drink I heard her ask her manager if they had any pecan syrup in the back bc they were out. the manager said no we are out, but just give her classic. she wont know the difference. i do in fact know the difference between pecan and classic thanks. if they had asked me, like is protocol, i wouldve asked for something else and i would have been fine with it. i just dont understand why that didnt happen when i was the only customer at that time and i was standing...
