Such a bad service. Worst subway place ever. I ordered an oven roasted chicken sub footlong sandwich from uber eats. I got the sandwich with no chicken inside of it. Obviously I immediately submitted a report for a refund on this sandwich. I just got tested for coronavirus and i am waiting for my results. Until then I have to quarantine myself at home and obey the rules. I also gave a call to tell them they missed a whole chicken in a footlong sandwich. The employe I was speaking with sounded like a middle aged women and she started yelling at me for no reason saying that I am lying. I straight up told them to check their cameras. She said they don’t have cameras inside subway, which is another lie. People like her should be fired and never get hired in any restaurant. She also said to me that; if i bring the sandwich which i took a bite out of, she can give me another sandwich. I clearly told her I cannot because i am in quarantine. She said she doesn’t care about that she can’t do anything otherwise. She also started yelling that it says I am calling from unknown number (my number is not unknown, I don’t call private) and that she has other customers waiting. I respectfully let her know that she hurt my feelings. The fact that she didn’t care about me obeying the coronavirus rules, the fact that she was yelling and screaming on the phone throughout the whole conversation was just upsetting. Half way through the conversation, i let my father do the talking (because she was yelling with a shrill voice )to help her understand better, but she was so furious that she or her another employee did infact put the chicken in there (which is a 100% LIE). The major fact that they denied having cameras inside the store as well. The bag came sealed with the subway stickers attached. So I know that my uber driver had nothing to do with my chicken being missing. It’s not a big deal for me. Mistakes happen. I still don’t appreciate the tone they used to speak with us. It was not polite. She just had to be like ok sorry about that, please submit a refund on uber app. Problem solved. I just wanted to let her know that my chicken was missing. thats it. Read moremy fiance and I went to this location for a quick bite..today being Sunday - we entered the restaurant at 840 and the girl working was very irritated that we had come in. she was abrupt and rude and made sure to tell us no grilled bread as she has already closed this off and cannot get some meats because she put them away. we proceeded to order our subs according to what she had not put away which was not much. then she slapped our cold cuts on the bread so quickly and didnt crack a smile or anything that resembled customer service! i couldnt believe when she took our money i asked for some napkins and she grabbed 4 napkins and basically threw them at me infront of the bag with the subs. Unreal! i am 48 years old and never encountered this kind of customer service or lack of and I have been in customer service positions and still am for the last 30 plus years. to make things even better we thanked her as thought maybe she was not having a good day and we went to a table to eat these quickly noticing the time was now 845pm and that we would be out of there in plenty of time. she came to us and said she normally didnt allow people to eat in the restaurant at quarter to closing....the sign was lit and showed open, they were closing at 9pm, so why would everything be put away at 840 when we came in and why wouldnt we be able to stay at a table until this closing time of 9pm? we could not believe what she said after we said we would be quick and out before 9pm...she told us not to make a mess! what a crazy thing to say to paying customers who already had to get something much less than what they came in for and then told not to make a mess....we are in our 40's and this young girl told us to get out and when we didnt she told us not to make a mess!!!! this was the worst place i have ever eaten at and will not go back or recommend it to anyone!' awful experience and I will bring this up to the head office of the company as this is unacceptable. oh and as i was driving away at 9:03pm she got into her ride. so I guess the closing is really 830pm and...
Read moreThis place seems to be under new management (Never had issues before). For the second time - the person I believe to be the manager was extremely cheap with the meat. Last time I decided to let it go and ate what felt like a bread sandwich with about half the chicken I normally get. This time I decided to say something - he piped back that the scoops are filled to be level and that if he weighed it - he is correct. He then proceeded to put 1 more small piece of chicken on my sandwich. The scoops were not full to begin with so his comment was not valid. I had been going to this location for over 5 years as I live nearby. This new owner is cheap and clearly does not care about customer service. The recent bad reviews say it all - poor management has taken over. I will be going to a new location from here on out. Congrats - hope the money you saved on those few pieces of chicken was worth it.
Another note to comment on an earlier review. The past few times I went to this location the bread and cookies were definitely not fresh. Considering your tagline is eat fresh - I expect fresh bread... not stale.
Update May 21, 2021 2 Months ago we tried them again - I was extremely sick hours later.
Yesterday we finally worked up the courage to go back and this time my wife got sick with an extremely bad stomach ache to the point that she later vomited everything in her system. This had to have been Subway as that is all she ate yesterday.
We have both decided we will never go back to this location or any Subway location in general. The risk of food poisoning is just not...
