Got their Sandwich combo meal of the day(Smiley) for 9.99 plus taxes. Although I remember the sandwich being much bigger years ago it has gone with the times of “inflation” or “shrinkflation” and has become thinner. But aside from that Chicken batter was cooked perfectly crisp on the outside and soft/juicy on the inside. The bread was toasted just right and was surprisingly soft airy on the inside which made the meal feel much lighter in the tummy. You’re basically getting cheesy garlic bread style which actually pairs the best with a saucy chicken. The fries also had the right amount of crisp and seasoned well. I tried the Hot Honey today and Hot yesterday. Both flavours were awesome. I remember years ago Sweat’n Bullets was my fav. Anyways highly recommend trying the Smiley Sandwich combo, it’s only on certain days so check the website. I added .99 to upgrade to a Celsius drink so came out to $12 and change after taxes total. Definitely worth it since I came two days in a row. Will come back to try the Wings from this location and update the review.
Highly recommend eating at the establishment. They have enough tables and stool seating. Wait time to get it fresh to order is 10-15 minutes but well worth it to get max crisp, airiness for the bread/chicken and fries. Want MAX/Texture flavour? Eat there! Cheers
Deducted a star as I felt their washroom wasn’t clean at all. If you want to earn a final star from a top 10% reviewer, listen. Keep the washroom clean. I will visit again and if it’s not clean I will deduct another star and won’t visit again. A eatery’s washroom is usually a direct reflection of how they keep their kitchen clean. This is a finite rule. Apply it to any other eatery. Washroom dirty = everything usually dirty.
Update : washrooms were cleaner but maintaining 4/5 stars because we order the Hot Honey and it wasn’t hot honey at all. They literally just added their honey garlic with hot sauce. It was good but total let down. The wings were very meaty and big so that still maintained 4/5. Cajun was very well done. Would definitely recommend trying this place out for all items. Jalapeño poppers were delicious but it was a red pepper inside of an actual jalapeno. 4/5...
Read moreHorrible taste and horrible customer service. Check my review history: I am very generous with reviews, but WingsUp! Mississauga is a special case that really warrants a one-star review.
After ordering 1.5lb of honey garlic chicken wings for delivery, paying $30, I was given a totally incorrect order. It was neither chicken wings nor honey garlic flavor. I calmly called WingsUp about the issue and they were dismissive of it. I then pushed then further to investigate, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They told me it was out of their hands because they put the order together and the delivery service they partner with was to blame. That's amazingly idiotic. Imagine Amazon telling you that they are not to blame for your package going missing and that it's out of their hands. The audacity of the manager here is appalling.
Anyway, after multiple attempts to rectify the issue I gave up. The rude, antagonistic manager on the phone offered no help or condolences. I am investigating the issue myself for possible fraud, and recommend that nobody order at this fraudulent establishment.
With regards to the food quality, it is below average. The presentation is terrible and messy (see pictures), and the top it all off, we found three strands of course, black hair in our meal -- I guess at this point, that's par for the course.
DO NOT order Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes or delivery from them. They are very ok with scamming their...

The Memphis Sandwich hit like a backyard BBQ — the kind where sauce drips down your fingers and nobody minds. Medium BBQ brings a sweet, smoky heat that lingers just long enough to make you want another bite. The crispy chicken inside? Golden perfection, with a satisfying crunch wrapped in a soft bun.
The Honey Garlic Wings were sticky, glossy, and rich with that signature blend of mellow sweetness and garlicky depth — the kind of wings that make you pause mid-bite and nod in approval. Then came the Lemon Pepper Wings — zesty, savoury, and unapologetically bold. The dry rub clung to each wing with purpose, delivering just the right citrus punch balanced with black pepper heat.
On the side, we had Potato Wedges that were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dangerously addictive when paired with dipping sauces. The Jalapeño Poppers brought the fire — gooey cheese inside, crunchy coating outside, and just enough spice to wake up your palate.
WingsUp! nails that “elevated fast food” vibe — everything’s made fresh to order, served hot, and packed with flavour. With multiple locations across the GTA, it’s a reliable go-to when you want more than just basic wings. It’s wings done right — with attitude, quality, and a whole lotta flavour. Highly recommended!
