When it comes to coffee, Starbucks rarely misses the mark. One standout from their newer menu items is the Lavender Oat Milk Latte. It’s a delicate, aromatic blend that I’ve found to be most enjoyable with just a scoop and a half of the lavender powder—any more and the sweetness can overpower the subtle floral notes. It’s a beautifully balanced drink that’s both soothing and refreshing. Unfortunately, as summer approaches, this seasonal favorite may soon disappear from the menu, so I recommend trying it while it lasts.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the recently introduced chicken Jalapeño Pocket. It’s a delicious, savory snack not spicy with creamy cheese added with just the right kick of spice to complement your favorite beverage.

12 July 2022 11:56am: I place a mobile order, drive to the store, drink is ready ... about a few minutes later, the barrister calls my name and hands me an empty sandwich packet ... is this a joke!

She proceeds to tell me they've run out ... and I proceed to ask why the app did not prevent the order from going through, she responds they've only just run out.

I opt for a refund ... and find my sandwich at a different location ... took some time driving around!

20 Sep 2020 8:40am: Looks like someone got a free drink from Starbucks ... the Cashier did a cash order instead of my Starbucks card and therefore processed the transaction twice and said he'd refund/reverse the cash order transaction ...

I was wondering why the Barista making my coffee cappuccino said I'm still making your second one ... I walked out and realised the Cashier did not reverse the cash transaction order even though he said he would ...

I'm guessing the Cashier either took the cash transaction order for himself or gave it to one of his buddies ...

Too many mistakes ... Starbucks, you need to train your Cashiers or you'll be giving away coffee for free, on customers...

Love this place absolutely amazing customer service. I feel the energetic vibes whenever I go there . Fanya is an amazing manager.
