Extremely poor service and rude behaviour. The staff speaks in another language when mocking customers, little did they know I caught and understood every word. The only half decent thing about this location is that they are fast.
UPDATE: 06/27/2018 It looks like this location takes feedback seriously. I have noticed some major improvements over the past few weeks. The staff are all speaking in English, and wearing Subway uniforms too which is new. The service is still very fast, and I have really noticed the happy faces behind the counter now. Well done to the manager for introducing these awesome service improvements! Read moreFood was great, but had to have a friendly argument on adding Deluxe meat , which is extra meat in the sub. ( boss not staff) In the process didn’t get sub toasted. Look Double meat and Deluxe meat is same price no matter what sub you order! So if I get Coldcut and add Deluxe extra BMT meat meaning 6 “ inch BMT, meat what difference does it make if BMT sub costs more, double or half more meat is same charge. Just being a cheap restaurant counting pennies. Service to customer is beyond your penny pinching! I wasn’t going to buy a drink, but as they conceived about extra half meat more I though I’d reward them with few cents more profit.
It’s not my first Rodeo doing this Deluxe meat add on. Some places don’t have a clue there’s a button that adds deluxe meat charge.

I'm standing there and the newer girl even told her I asked to order a coffee and she comes right next to me to cash out her catering order and fully ignores me. I didn't bother and had to toss my order in the garbage cause I have an allergy to dairy and I made it clear no cheese bit they still put it on and picked it off when I had said anything.
