If I could give this subway zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order and typically when you place one of those you expected to be found in the mobile order rack so you can just grab it and leave. However the associate Bhavi Decided to leave it behind the cash register and when I approached the cash register, he had four other orders He was working on. while he was wrapping up, I politely mentioned to him that hey I’m waiting for my mobile order. He told me two minutes. I waited patiently. After a few minutes of waiting rather than turn around and pass me along my sandwich, he decided to start working on new orders and so I called out and I said hey excuse me, can you please pass me my order it’s right behind you. I paid for a mobile order And rather than explaining apologetically or or coming to me with a kind voice he wants to yell at me and tell me that oh I shouldn’t be asking this while he’s while he’s still serving customers I told him hey buddy I paid for a mobile order. Why wasn’t it on the rack? He goes on a spiel about how it can’t be on the rack because people are gonna take it. That’s not my problem. In this time that he spent arguing with me, I literally told him if you had just turned around and passed my sandwich. We could’ve avoided all of this. I was calm. He was yelling. He then started complaining about how I came 10 minutes late to pick up the order again, I don’t think that’s something that really matters but he’s making it a big deal. It took a customer to interject to tell him to please give me my food before he finally gave the food and not without more arguing and more of him spewing nonsense towards me. now I order from the subway pretty often for this to happen from one of their employees honestly worries me because now he knows my name he knows what I order so what’s the thing he’s gonna do the next time he sees my name come across on a mobile order? is he gonna treat it the right way or is he gonna do something...

We bought 2 foot-long subs and drinks from the restaurant and one of the kids, who doesn’t eat anything from subway due to dietary restrictions, we just bought him nuggets from Popeyes hoping that we could sit here as a family and have a meal. The person working was SO Disrespectful he did not let us sit down there, even when the ENTIRE RESTAURANT was completely empty and WE ORDERED something as well. Not only that, we placed an online order and told him about it, he said he didn’t even get it. We showed him the order and he said we didn’t place the order. He eventually made the subs and he made them wrong, forgot to add tomatoes to one them, burnt the bread as well. He was the worst customer service employee I’ve ever come across at Subway in general. It takes a decent human to allow us to sit there when we are still giving you the most business and have a child who doesn’t eat anything here. Read moreMy family likes subway as it tends to be filling and economical with coupons as a family. Unfortunately this subway we go often as it is only a 5 min walk from our house. Since a long time whenever we go there it has been a disappointment. I’m always told by my family to ignore but enough is enough. The boy who serves has a lot of attitude(shows off), poor listening skills and anything you request or want is a No. be it using a coupon, or a footling with half with veggie and other half with nothing. He watches we r using a coupon but will say this is XYZ when u got to pay. I can go on and on. Even the filling is not adequate as compared to many other subways and sometimes u feel like having a bun only. If the owner is reading, plz make sure when hiring that the person is a good listener, polite and has the adequate customer service skill set. Hope it’s not the owner’s orders he is following.
