"Train your staff in basic manners or replace her, there are many deserving, kind, polite people who need the job".. I placed my order on Uber Eats on 25th August. I made a mistake in my order and immediately without losing any time contacted Uber Eats and Burger bros to make the required change. Uber Eats asked me to contact the restaurant directly. The lady on the call in Burger Bros refused to cooperate, she said I should call Uber not her. I informed her that Ubers policy is to contact the restaurant for changes in order. But she straight out refused to listen. So I contacted Uber again and again they assured me to contact the restaurant as this was a small change, no big thing for the restaurant to do. The Burger Bros lady answered again and refused to help, I tried to cooperate with her in every way, I requested her to cancel the extra item or add an extra patty to the order, I will pay extra for it. It was not a big thing just to add 1 extra patty! And I am paying extra for it but the lady refused to do anything by saying they can not and do not make changes to orders.. I kept nicely requesting her and told her other restaurants always assist customers with small changes in their orders but she rudely kept refusing, then I asked her I want to speak to the manager to see if manager can help me out. She said she is the manager!.. Then I told her she needs to be trained properly, hospitality industry is about being helpful and I will further write a review about my experience.. she replied, ok yea go write and she shhut the phone on me... I was really very surprised, I never exprience this in any restaurant before. What kind of employees do you hire? Is This your Managerial level staff? You let your staff run lose, do what every they want and bash up your customer? Extremely poor experience, this lady needs to go back to school and definitely not answer your customers phone calls.. Opting for the Step Bro burger was an easy choice, given its intriguing mix of a beef patty topped with crispy chicken tenders. The wordplay in the burger's name hinted at the playful creativity of the chefs, and the actual burger did not disappoint. Although it was quite a challenge to tackle its size in one bite, deconstructing it proved to be a delightful endeavor. Eating the crispy chicken tenders separately before reassembling the burger allowed me to appreciate the individual flavors and the synergy between the beef, garlic sauce, chicken tenders, and cheese. It was an extremely delicious and filling experience that left me impressed with the quality and taste.
Additionally, the mozzarella cheese sticks were a hit. Despite needing a quick reheat at home, they maintained their crispiness, and the accompanying creamy and spicy sauce was the perfect complement. This side dish added another layer of satisfaction to my meal.
Although this was a takeaway order and I cannot comment on the ambience, the service from Burger Bro's was top-notch. The order was ready on time, and the staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process seamless.

My husband and I are regular customers and upon pulling up today, there was a new sign hung on the window advertising Happy Hour (from 2-5pm) that for any combo meals purchased, get the second at half off. This was a nice surprise as we did not expect it and the time we pulled in was 2:30pm.
When we placed our order for two meals, the employee proceeded to charge us the full price. After inquiry, she quickly dismissed the sign and said it was only for Uber Eats orders. We proceeded to pay but I went back outside to take a picture of the sign that clearly does not indicate anything about Uber Eats orders. Upon showing it to the same employee, she said she would verify with her manager. Once our food came, she said the offer is only for the new Burrito menu and specifically, for the Chicken Burrito. I am attaching a picture of the said sign that does not mention anything she said:
Uber Eats - NO Burrito Menu - the sign clearly had both restaurant logos Only Chicken Burrito - the sign clearly indicated ANY combo meals
While it's not the actual overcharge that disappointed me, it's the principle of advertising something that is not being honoured. And the manner from which the employee dismissed my initial inquiry and made excuse after excuse was unprofessional.
I really enjoy the food here but after this type of dishonest service, I am inclined to bring my business elsewhere.
