One of the worst Tim Hortons i ever attended. The lady with glasses, short in height at the counter on Saturday 1/27 Evening was disinterested and unwelcoming. Either she was tired (which usually happens with long shifts) or naturally inclined towards not passionate towards her job.
First, no farmers wrap, next she took coffee order without proper details, next she took my additional order as if i was placing burden on her.
Later when we realized she didn’t heat the savoury pastry even though the order screen reads to heat it, upon asking she pushes the blame on customers stating that if customers ask we do - how about asking the customers?
When i returned back asked for sugar she handed me sweeteners stating she has to go upstairs to get them, which i feel is another miss - as a coffee national chain the basic thing you can provide is sugar.
So this employee is either not interested or is a damage to Tim Horton’s brand.
The management needs to seriously train her to better position well to have a good name at this location.

Read moreI always get my coffee from here and never had any issues before. However, there’s one employee who doesn’t know how to talk properly or make coffee correctly. The first time I got my coffee from him, I let it go, thinking it was just a small mistake.
Today, I got my coffee from him again, and he made it without sugar. When I asked him to remake it, he just offered me sugar and a stirring spoon. What’s the point of stirring it myself if the employee can’t make it properly in the first place? I specifically asked for sugar to be added — I shouldn’t have to do it myself.
When I asked him to remake it, he started arguing, saying it’s the machine’s fault and that he didn’t do anything. I told him that other employees make perfect coffee, and he replied, “Ask them to make it,” and told me to make it myself if I didn’t like it.
I just want this employee to be trained — on how to make coffee properly and how to communicate respectfully with customers by saying “sorry” and “thank you.” After I insisted, he finally remade the coffee correctly, which shows it can be done right with a...

In the past month the last 3 times I went (3/3 times this month) ordered a tea, came as coffee, went back and it was not tea again ordered a bagel with two ingredients. Heard the communication, but still made it incorrectly only adding one. Had them fix it, only to realize they also added butter ordered a breakfast sandwich and gave me a similar one, but still incorrect mobile orders are not made when you specify the time period, they wait for you to get there even if you specify (in 5 mins), even if its not busy.
