I have been going to this Tim Hortons for about 2 years now, everyday,this male server that other reviewer had already mentioned most likely works from 3pm to 11pm, he has the most horrible attitude, also has other great qualities such as : monotone, reluctant , nonchalant and abrasive
so tonight was the night when I actually said something, everyday when i order my coffee, before I can even finish he states"drive up" tonight I wanted 3 items, so I stated after my first order " I am not done yet" when I rolled up to the drive through window, this guys states" I don't know when you guys are done ordering, I just never know," I stayed "that's why usually people ask "anything else? or will that be all ?
he states" I don't have to say that" it is a classic women thing to say , in a mocking female voice " I am not done yet" I stated to that I actually worked a tims when I was in high school and they actually train their staff to up sell and always ask "anything else" he states " trust me it is a lady thing" and I disagree i don;t have to say that anything" I was going go off but chose not to, I stated you are entitled to your opinion, to that he stated " I know I am"
wow! just wow! If the owner of this franchise is reading this please take some action, it is a shame that you have people like this working for your business, and guess what ? Mississauga has maybe a zillion Timmies....so I will just go to a different one where they teach good customer service and employees practice it

UPDATE: DIFFERENT INCIDENT
Filipino lady almost wanted to fight me when I send my order at the screen multiple times she started saying that I did not say it and then proceeded to make another one the correct way but filled it all with ice on purpose I can feel the difference from the first one that I was handed to the second one very spiteful Stafford needs to really go through customer service training.
UPDATE: ANOTHER DIFFERENT INCIDENT
Gentlemen at the intercom tells me to wait as I wait for about two minutes someone else pulls up their order was taken instantly, and after I bring that up to the person at the intercom prior to my order, I order a quencher and they fill it to the brim with ice. I’ve never had a quencher with THIS MUCH ICE at any location and I’ve been here in the past. Also very spiteful. I’m not sure why I keep returning to this location but it’s just convenient. Read moreTim’s as we all know is a name brand we all associate with Canada It’s always busy, at times too busy I ordered 2 bacon turkey club sandwiches and brought it for lunch At the time of the ordering the server told me that they were out of buns and if I would like a bagel instead Everything was fine until I got home with the sandwiches The bagel ( bacon turkey club ) was fine, just the way it should be ( actually I buy this sandwich quite often ) However the sandwich with the bun was extremely skimpy, to say the least it had only 1 slice of turkey and a couple of scrawny pieces of bacon on it When I went back to the shop later to complain about the sandwich, the supervisor didn’t believe me when I told her there was only 1 slice of turkey in the sandwich ( made me feel like I was lying to her ) I didn’t appreciate that. Just to be sure for any customers in the future to check their food before leaving to avoid being accused of complaining to get more food
