Response to the comment by the owner below: I understand the need to support your employee but please understand my reaction was based on the insinuation that your beloved employee made about me not answering his call and that the fault was mine for the fiasco. When the order was placed through Skip any change in order should have been brought to their attention and not call me personally. I was at work and answering the phone was not an option. Didn't look great at first glance: Tried ordering on the website, but was told it was broken. Some of the items in the website menu like dairy-free cheese aren't available. And it's in a sad, kinda lonely food court. Wasn't exactly easy to find either; had to walk to the back of the mall and it's hidden in the back of the food court.

BUT, despite it's misgivings, I still went through with the order. The man had my meal made in 7 minutes. Close to the best pizza and wings I've had in a long time! Juicy, tender, tasty wings. Pizza was great texture and generous with the cheese.

I just have to say, I’ve been in the restaurant business for a very long time, and there are ALOT of not very nice or satisfied customers. I just witnessed the most professional handling of a very unhappy customer while I was trying to order, and the way Harish, the guy working in here, was the most professional patient person I have seen in a very long time. Koodos to Harish, I will definitely be coming here again not just for the pizza but for the fact there are still outstanding people who work in this place.
