I come to this location daily and as of lately it has become so frustrating in regards to online orders. When ordering, I always select "now" because I'm usually literally 5 minutes away and expect to go in and grab my order but still end up waiting 10-15 minutes more. Today, after waiting an extra 10 minutes, I took my order and left only to realize it was wrong/missing item. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and a croissant along with other items. The sausage and egg was just egg and cheese and there was no croissant. Went back for the missing item as well as for them to fix the breakfast sandwich. I watched the girl preparing the food take my old breakfast sandwich (which was brought back approximately ½ hour later) put it in the microwave and reheat it. I told her I wanted a fresh sandwich and she replied that she's not giving me that one back. She then proceeded making my new sandwich but then minutes later, gave the old sandwich to another gentleman who ordered a cheese and egg biscuit. I approached the gentleman and asked him not to eat it and go ask for a new one because they gave him my ½ hour old sandwich. When he went and asked, he was told it was fresh and I stepped in and said it wasn't and that I watched it being reheated and given to him. Read moreThis location almost never cares about online orders placed through the Tim Hortons mobile app. i place my order at 10:29am , arrive on location 10 minutes later and have to wait another 15 minutes for my order. I had mentioned twice that im waiting for my online order. They acknowledged, but then continued to prepare and fulfill NEW Orders from people in line. They offered me free items while i waited but i did not want special treatment, i just wanted my order. After this they took yet another new order and prepared the other customers drink before i had to raise my voice again. This has been a regular occurrence for several months at this location. They dont use stickers to label mobile pick ups causing other people to walk away with my order. And almost always there is zero benefit in ordering ahead as you will always end up getting served 20 minutes later. I ordered at 10:29am, got my order at 10:54am - almost half an hour for an ice latte and breakfast wrap. As usual the 15min break i have from my job is not enough to simply pick up my order yet again.

Read moreI hate to say anything bad but this has to be addressed. I always pre order my food before coming in. And most usually there is something missing. So I ask them to check. Usually no issue but today I get a stern response back from one of the ladies - WHAT ? She says. But not your usual what is missing ? This was more rude and unprofessional and it left a bad taste for me. I actually didn’t know how to respond. The other lady came out and sorted out before I was about to say anything. I visit this place 3 - 4 times a week. Teach her some manners and customer service skills. Thank you .
Update I gave this place. Another chance I’ve been coming back, but I don’t know you. You gotta stop hiring Guys because all they want to do is speak among themselves in Punjabi ignore you make you wait 5 to 10 minutes for a drink While they continue to take orders from other customers, just seems like if you don’t speak up and say anything, they will continue to ignore you. I had to speak up today and they finally had the drink sitting there waiting. They were just too lazy to get it from me unless I spoke up.
