This place is really good on some days but other days the chicken is kind of dry. In general, they make great rice and beans but one day I went it was not good. Anyhow, most of the days the rice and beans are great, but some days the chicken can be dry. When I order a chicken burrito, I almost feel like telling the girl, can you put less chicken (on the days the chicken is dry) and more pinto beans ( it is hard to mess up pinto beans). The only thing is sometimes they dont give enough tomato. I dont mind paying a little extra. I wish you can choose both salsa and pineapple salsa, but you either have salsa or pineapple ( not both). I would be willing to pay one dollar extra for both. Like I said, in general, they make a good burrito. Just some days the chicken is dry. When I move back to westcoast Im going to open up my own burrito place and make stuff the way the mexicans do it. Mexicans dont get credit for their cooking as some of the best Mexican food i had was in the westcoast. They know how to take a piece of tough beef and tenderize and make it great. Also, its hard to find pico de Gallo in Ontario. PIco de Gallo is a simple Mexican mix of fresh salsa. It is simply diced tomato, onion, and jalapeno. So simple but the only place that has that is mucho burrito. Just in case anybody is interested, the way to make chicken not so dry is to add a little chicken skin. Sometimes I also make the mistake of adding too much moisture or water which does make it dry, but the secret is to either have some chicken skin or oil. When I use chicken thighs or legs, the chicken is never dry. If you have to use breast, make sure you grill it with oil or if you bake it just add little oil. That is why I rather get the Rice and Bean burrito because sometimes it taste good without all that dry chicken. The only time I eat dry chicken is in Indian cooking because there is lots of sauce in that (...
Read moreI wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible service. They do not know how to treat their customers, especially those who order food through Uber eats, skip the dishes, etc. I ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. The person who prepared my order, added the entire bottle of the signature hot sauce in all three things, the food was burnt, and the bean burritos barely had any beans. The food was not edible, it was bizarre. Me and my brother vomited because of how spicy it was. When we went in store to complain, they called the manager. The manager was so cocky and full of himself. Instead of listening to us he kept bragging about his restaurant ratings and basically claiming that our opinion does not matter since everyone else is happy with their food and service. We have been to this restaurant and ordered from them in the past as well. In the past, the employees and management was so much better and amazing. Now, No matter how many times we tell the employees to make the food properly, they never do that. I told the manager to please brief their employees and give them training on how to make the food properly. He didn’t even Once listen to us. When we went in, the employee Checked the food with his hands. They were not agreeing to remake the food, once we told them that the food is touched, they said we’re lying. Stingy people with horrible service. Do not know how to treat their customers. They’re too full of themselves. He basically said that it doesn’t matter how my employees make the food. And If it’s an Uber eats order, then his employees can ruin the food and if there’s a problem, complain to Uber. No matter what happens to their customers experience. Do...
Read moreBeen a customer for this place for 2 years almost and we have noticed a big difference in portions size, even when we order on Uber eats we get half a size of burrito bowl and it’s so pathetic how stingy they have got. I went today as a last chance try for this place and when I was asking the worker for extra veggies he said that they can’t put more because the owner is very strict and he will yell at them even tho he only put 1/4 quantity of what the burrito bowl should be and aside from that the worker was in a hurry making my order even tho there was no customer other than us and he was super STINGY with everything he is putting in our bowls and we keep asking to put more and he keep arguing about telling me that he is gonna make me pay more for a few extra small cubes of tomatoes how ridiculous this is for a worker to say this to a regular customer and at the end he hold the bowl showing us how heavy it is and how he did us a favour for putting extra stuff when in fact this is how a burrito bowl should be. After I got out of the store I have lost my appetite with how unprofessional and embarrassing way I have been treated. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! AVOID...
