Edited: Yes, I ordered through the Too Good to Go app, enticed by the advertisement that for the price of $4.99 per surprise bag, I would be receiving leftover items valued at $15.00 each. Excitedly, I ordered two bags, anticipating a total value of $30.00. However, upon receiving my 2 bags with 8 small slices, it was clear that the value did not align with your advertisement. There was a discrepancy in value and it suggested false advertising and felt misleading. If you don’t get what you paid for, you’re entitled to a refund. It was reviewed by a rep and also agreed. Please consider the valued amount on the app be adjusted or honoured accordingly for future customers.

Furthermore, the additional $0.25 charge was not communicated. Had there been transparency and the fee was disclosed upfront, it would have been understood and accepted.

I thought my initial review was fair and was based on my personal experience regardless of outcome.

Initial Review: Needed late night food and was in the area visiting friends. We ordered from here and all thought the pizza was too salty for our liking. Slices were rather small and cut uneven. I added a banana as size reference in my photo.

Paid for 2 dipping sauces separately, the cash register rang at $2.08 but my card was charged $2.25 not sure what happened there. I should have paid attention to what she entered into the Interac machine. Not the biggest price difference but honesty/communication goes a long way for me.

Overall experience and food, we wont be ordering...

My brother ordered Tandoori Paneer today on a call but they prepared Paneer Tikka instead. When he went to the store, the girl named Nandini asked him to take the Paneer Tikka, saying, “Both have the same taste.”because by mistakenly she made Paneer Tika and My brother agreed, but when he came home, we found that was the pepperoni pizza instead !

When we went back to the store to get it fixed, the staff ( Nandini and Anny - I’m not sure if these are their true names as I asked Nandini to other girl name she was like I don’t know her name , very rude girl I have seen ever as staff ) didn’t apologize, and the girl’s facial expressions were very rude. She was like doing forcefully or working for free! “ Sis I’m paying for my food “. We had to wait another 15 minutes just because of their mistake.

The owner should take action against these kind of behaviours. I highly recommend training employees in proper communication and basic manners. We were regular customers, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend this place and will not coming again!

Which pizza made in less than 5 minutes? Instead of acknowledging it! Person is trying to cover their mistakes! Brother check your camera in between 9-10 PM, especially check your employees behaviour then do reply.

First time trying this spot. I usually go to the fish and chips place next door but decided to change my mind and try this pizza joint out. Ordered medium pepperoni pizza with extra sauce for 9.99 plus taxes walk-in special. I really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was soft, very light/airy and chewy. I would ask for well done if you like more crisp/char. They added a nice amount of cheese to give it that good ratio flavour. Pepperoni was your standard kind. I prefer cup and char pepperoni but no complaints on this one. Sauce had a nice smooth tang and because I always order extra sauce, I think it made the pizza better. Extra sauce was free and I generally always get extra sauce on all my pizzas unless it’s dine in for speciality pies. I would say the stars are the crust/dough and the sauce. I really enjoyed chewing the light airy crust/dough. Sometimes light airy soft cook is always nice compared to more crisp/char well done cook. Got to mix it up always! I would say for 9.99 it was worth the price and worth the first try. Will have to try it again with various toppings and will update the...
