Would give it a zero if it was an option, or a negative star, placed an order just to get an email saying the order didn't go through (about 10-15 minures after placing it) , replaced the order assuming it was a technical issue, left specific "special instructions" for delivery because the Inn I had been staying at was a little weird to figure out where the part with the rooms was, called to assure that the order was placed, was told it was and should already be there. Sat outside waiting for about 10 more minutes, decided to go out front where there was a shady looking man in a fully black (tinted windows and all, this being 1 am) vehicle blaring music , he completely ignored us. Then sped off. We went back to the room, and called again. Were told he should have already been there. Waited another 20 minutes outside and decided to just drive there to pick it up since it had now been an hour and being told that it should have already been there twice .Went out to my car and the shady looking vehicle returned. We approached the vehicle and the driver (Manny) came out yelling at us saying we were wasting his time and that he had been there for about 15 minutes , he rudely threw our pizza at us and took the payment and left. We later received an almost threatening text from the same driver once again just telling us how we wasted his time and everything because he tried delivering the pizza to the wrong address. The service was terrible , the driver was rude as could be, and the food was ice cold by the time we received it. Will never buy from here again .And will definitely never recommend...
Read moreI don’t usually like to post about my experiences unless they are good, but this just wasn’t right.. I’ve never eaten at Cedar’s before, so my friend and I decided to order from there! We ordered our pizza online around 9:45pm the other night (came to almost $40 with the delivery) and might I add that I usually would go pick it up, but we wanted to watch movie and I thought ‘Oh well just pay the $6 delivery fee’... The online page said it would arrive within 45mins, and if there were any problems/changes just call.. 10:45pm rolls around and I call to inquire where our pizza was and about possibly receiving a discount for it being over an hour wait.. She woman who answered RUDELY interrupted me before I even finished my sentence with ‘ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are the only place open (which was not true) and we are extremely busy (which is not my fault) and we don’t have a delivery driver tonight so we are paying a courrier to bring it to you (again, not my problem)... She was short with me and barely helpful. She also added ‘I never told you it would be there in a certain amount of time anyways’ to which I explained that my order was ONLINE but thanks for the help... I actually considered calling back to cancel the order as it was now almost 11pm, but my friend insisted that we wait it out.. Here’s to hoping that it was going to be hot when it showed up!! Pizza FINALLY arrived at 11:35pm and although the FLAVOUR of the pizza was delicious it was NOT hot, barely warm honestly.. I will not be ordering from...
Read moreWhere to start.... If you could rate 0 stars this place would be it. A few times I've been to this wretched place. ... And I've found bugs and hair in my pizza....
That's not even the worst part of this place. The owner of this place violates the labour laws by asking employees or potential employees for not just their personal mortgage papers, bill of sale of their house! utilities bills, credit card statements, and also their bank statements. As a HR manager, I can with experience tell you that this is a direct violation of not just personal confidentiality, but as well as financial confidentiality.
I don't know who this owner is, or clearly what is up with the narcissistic entitlement but what is happening is highly illegal. Not to mention hair and bugs in your food.
Please save yourself, your dignity, your health, and anything you value .... And don't give this place any business.
Abusing employees, potential employees, and giving attitude to customers who tell you there is hair and bugs in their food is not only disrespectful, abusive, but also violates the labour laws (for which all you have to legally provide an employer is your legal identification, and social insurance card), not to mention the direct health violations of their less than edible food.
You've...
