Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Moncton

Today I went through the drive thru of this establishment and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich no tomato, add cheese; combo with a fry and a smoothie. I was on break from work at the time so when I got back to work and opened my sandwich wrapper I found that there was no lettuce. I was really confused and upset because the receipt plainly showed that the order had been rung in right. Because I was on break from work, I was not going to waste the rest of my break to drive back to the store to get the situation fixed. I took a picture of it and ate the sandwich (as I was not going to waste the food and spend the rest of my shift hungry). After I finished work, I returned to the store and spoke to the employees there about the situation and they informed me that they were completely out of lettuce and that there were signs posted on the plexiglass at the payment counter inside and on the drive thru window. However, I mentioned to these employees that there was no sign that I noticed at the drive thru speaker or anywhere on the menu sign in the drive thru. They looked baffled and said that there should be, but after I finished speaking with them, I went outside to check and there was no sign anywhere on the speaker. If there is something that the establishment is missing, something that a lot of your products are supposed to have in it, it should be stated verbally to customers in the drive thru if it cannot be posted properly where people can see and understand the issue before they even...

I love it here and it's my favorite fast food place. Unlike most joints the food was delivered right to my table by a staff member when it was ready. The fries were crisp and hot, the burger was a juicy flamethrower that was cooked to perfection, and the pop is serve yourself with free refills.

I get my daughters favorite Skor Blizzard cake here on her Birthaday, and ice cream treats on a hot summer day. The young staff is friendly and everybody seems to know their jobs and dont have the same blank, deer caught in headlights look of most other chain restaurants.

You may pay a little more than other fast food restaurants, but the quality is worth the extra money and I dont think they've ever frigged up an order ( that I can recall) just a great place for a yummy treat, and a break from the wife's so...

The ambiance was good, the employees could be trained a little bit better.. (I don't normally eat ice cream) but if I'm not mistaken, the ice cream cones are supposed to have the DQ swirl; which mine did not have, as well as it was supposed to be chocolate dipped... the chocolate was so thin that the ice cream was leaking out of the chocolate like a human does when they sweat (couldn't think of a better analogy haha) Side note.. I didn't complain because I will not discourage the teenagers there because this is probably their first job and I know what it's like to first start working...
