Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Moncton

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a restaurant. I first spent 10 minutes putting my order in online only to get there to pick it up and told was not received. Another customer was told the same thing so not sure what's up there. Decided to put the order in again only to stand there while they ignored me and focused on phone orders. So figuring the only way we were going to get any service was by phone we called in the order. Should have know this was a mistake, took over 45 minutes. Part of our order was wings which were pretty much burnt. Also ordered a Iarge donair panzerotti with no onions and guess what! full of onions and gave me meat sauce instead of donair sauce. When I called the order in I specifically told them we were in a hotel so please include plates, utensils and napkins and guess what...yep, no utensils Again stood there for 15 minutes to pay for our order so by the time we got back to the hotel our whole order was cold and soggy. I might as well have thrown a $50 bill in the garbage cause that is exactly what our order was. I have had bad experiences before but never like this. I will say that they were very busy and could have used more staff but that's on management. I have never posted a review in my life but this was too much. ...

Don't usually do this but, worst experience ever..

Showed up to a empty restaurant, rushed to seats.. Asked for drinks..only part that came quick.

Ordered our meal for 3 people. Waitress had to come back to ask twice what we ordered.

I asked for a starter salad, that showed up with our main meal 30 min after we ordered ,had to ask for salad to top 3 tables in restaurant. . Order a hamburger with no onions, came with onions. Finished drinks and set at end of table ..never taken.. Napkins on finished plate... not taken.. Ordered a take out meal.. waitress had to come back twice to ask what we ordered. Asked for extra suace, which we never got ...

Asked for a drink while we waited for the take out, was asked " should I open it for you ,or do you want to take it with you", it was alcohol..

Asked for bill, had the debit machine shoved in my face, over empty plates. Had to ask to see bill, to a oh here you go..

Then get a dirty look for no tip.

Bill was around $150. Don't think I will ever order from Pizza...
