Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Moncton

I ordered online for a pizza, and when i got to the restaurant they did not even know i ordered. They did not have an order for my name, so i showed the email with my order number and told them they took the money out of my bank for this order!!!!

The lady went to check orders with my order number and when she came back i asked for a refund and she ignored me and went to the back. Once she came back out i asked AGAIN about a refund because they did not have my order and she said they already started making my order and she started dealing with other customers.

I asked about the refund again and she said she cant help me and to call skipthedishes.

The lady who i delt with did not even have the respect to bring me out the food herself and had someone else do it!

I find it disrespectful that she ignored me and went to other customers!!! The fact i ordered online for a set pickup time and my food was not ready and i had to wait an extra 30 min for it!!! Will not be going back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! ( the location was the grecos on mountain road, NB)

On top of everything they didn't even give me the correct order. They wrote "Hawaiian? oops" on the box and half of the pizza did not have pineapple. I ordered a creamy garlic dip and never got it!!!

This was a waste of my time and a waste...

Ordered 1small and 1medium donair a medium garlic finger with extra dipping sauce for delivery. When my order arrived I got 1 small donair and a garlic finger with no dipping sauce. Called and was told they would send other donair and a dipping sauce. Opened what we did get and the donair looked like someone stepped on it and the garlic finger was cold. Called back and was never so disrespected by customer service in my life. They said that I should have told them that at the first call and they will send the one donair and sauce but it will be the last time as they don’t just give out free food. Well first of all “I paid for the food and didn’t receive what I ordered” and was told that it should have been said the first call the condition of the food. Overall experience was fine, I don’t expect anything much here from placing the order and going in to pick up, not a big deal there.

However, I brought our party pizza back to feed a group of 7 people for a work lunch. I’m so disappointed in the THIN party pizza crust. That was never like that before. Skrinkflation much? We’ve ordered many party pizzas for years for different events, all from Greco. I was worried that our staff would be hungry after having their few slices each. Had I known, I would have ordered a 2nd.

The sauce and ingredients were also not spread out well, leaving a lot of crust left behind.

The quality is just not there now. Because of this, for our parties and events, I will most likely find somewhere else to cater to a larger group (when it comes to pizza). Unless this changes, we...
