Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House — Restaurant in Moncton

I've visited this Stacked location on two separate occasions. Once on opening day, and again today. While the restaurant is rather small and narrow, it makes up for it in flavor and food quality.

The restaurant has modern decor and has a mixture of booth and chairs with seating for up to a group of 8. The restaurant appears clean and well kept with ample amounts of natural and artificial light filling the space. This place is essentially a breakfast restaurant, with their hours of operation being 7am to 3pm. With that said, they don't just offer various breakfast items but also burgers and poutines. In addition to this, they also have waffles and french toast.

I was kindly greeted by a hostess upon entry who gave me the option to select my seating of choice. Once I was seated, I was provided a menu and a small glass of water.

The menu is bound in a leather type of material, which gives it some heft and a classy look. As per my last pleasant visit, I got the pancake stack, with an additional pancake and onions added to my tatters.

Some very short minutes later, my order was brought to my table. The food presentation is excellent, with a small amount of whipped cream delicately placed on every pancake.

Every food item was cooked to perfection, with the pancakes having a rich fluffy and absorant texture that pairs well with the syrup. The star of the meal was definitely the tatters, though.

They are perfectly crunchy on the outside and decadent and fluffly on the inside. This is achieved by first deep frying the potatos and then pan searing them to a perfect crisp.

My only complains are these minor things: -water glasses are too small, almost child sized -the secondary glass door looks elegant, but is always full of fingerprints, and when someone is exiting or entering, it allows a cold breeze to enter the restaurant. -bathrooms are a tight squeeze, but otherwise clean.

Since the restaurant is on a single level, it is wheelchair friendly but does not have automatic entry doors or automatic bathroom door.

Since the restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, parking is ample, depending on the time you visit.

Yet another absolutely lovely experience at this location. We've only been here twice but I think it's going to be our family breakfast spot whenever we want to treat ourselves to something special. Price wise for portion size and the level of care served up by the staff, this location can't be beat. The owner is as much a gem as every other facet I've mentioned.

If you haven't been to Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House on Plaza Blvd, check it out! We had an awesome breakfast experience there today. Not only was the food top notch but the service was absolutely awe inspiring and a rare find. I was already super impressed to see a man whom I presume to be the owner or manager at the least going from patron to patron to inquire about their food and over all experience but then when Vincent accidentally spilled his smoothie the man took the time to wipe his legs down with care as we all reassured him that it was okay. He offered Vincent another smoothie and when Vincent accepted the offer he made sure to tell the waitress not to charge for it. I was moved to the verge of tears because pregnancy hormones are fun like that but kept it together and explained to Vincent how impressive the whole experience was. How some businesses don't have heart like that and how awesome it was to see them care so much. I guess this explanation moved Joshua Layton too because I looked over to see his eyes full of tears which brought mine to tears as well. 😆 Bunch of drama queens having a really lovely breakfast. Best Breakfast Place in town ♥️♥️ I loved everything here at Stacked .. I have been to Stacked many times but in Ontario… but never tried here in Moncton.. But let me tell you the same atmosphere and the same food taste..

We were 5 people altogether and tried most of there main dishes from menu..

I must say they were soo soooo good and delicious. This has become my and my family’s favourite breakfast place to be at.

I was my sons birthday and he wanted to have brunch here at stacked so we had the best time!!! Really good food and the service was top notch!!! Bianca helped my son with his order and she was so nice, funny and friendly!!! She gave us a Birthday pancake with candle for free and sang Happy birthday to you song to my son.. that’s was so sweet of her and great gesture by the restaurant .. Truly one of the best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant. Will be back for sure ..We had a great time! We took the photos mostly we ate.

If you’re anywhere near Moncton and you’re not hitting up Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you’re seriously missing out. This place is a whole VIBE—cozy booths, incredible food, and portions that’ll make your jaw drop before your first bite!
