Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Moncton

First time at this particular Pizza Hut since my lovely wife Pat and I moved to Moncton two years ago. Pat was on her way to work but was a bit hungry after having made a couple stops, with me, before hand. I went in their restaurant, shortly after Pat, to check it out. After I let Pat know I'd eat when I got home, I went back outside to wait in the car with our two dogs. Shortly after being outside, listening to the car radio, out came Pat with a little pizza. She said, "it cost less than eight bucks, tax included". She offered me two of the four pieces and I didn't complain. We both gobbled them down before I had a chance to take a picture for our Google recording. Next time. Pat also noted the many great deals at this pizza location and the many other varieties of options. Strike One: We even received an unexpected bonus. Pat let me know that the attendant was about to put the pizza in their oven when Pat mentioned he'd forgotten to include the ham. He was about to throw that pizza out when Pat spoke up and said, "wait! Just put the ham on top" He replied, "but it'll burn then". "Just put a little more cheese over top of it, then it won't burn," commented Pat with cool assurance. That extra cheese was our bonus while Pat saved them from having to needlessly throw a whole single pizza out. Happy overall story and we truly enjoyed their pizza creation. Strike Two: We obtained a BOGO coupon from fulfilling Pizza Hut online survey. When Pat went in to use it a few days later the nighttime attendant let her know he could not redeem it. He said, "only the manager can redeem the code", no arguments taken. We went away unsatisfied. Strike Three: Third time in, Pat again went to use the BOGO coupon, the attendant (different person this time) said, "have to buy a premium pizza and then you'd get a TWO topping pizza for free". Pat corrected him and let him know it is a BUY ONE GET ONE free coupon. attendant finally agreed...

I had a lot of trouble with the app trying to order the big New Yorker pepperoni pizza. Normally, I don't have any trouble using the app like this time. 🤷‍♀️ When I arrived, I paid right away. When they handed me the box. I thought they had the wrong order. The box was too light to have pizza in it. When I opened it, I couldn't believe Pizza Hut would ever serve such a thin, burnt, and made too small for the box pizza. To top it off because it's a big Pepperoni New Yorker pizza I expected at at least the one pepperoni topping but no, the app gives you a no topping pizza eventhough you select the big New Yorker pepperoni pizza. I also ordered extra cheese. I worked at Pizza Hut when I was young, and I am a pretty good customer to Pizza Hut in Fredericton; There was definitely not the extra cheese that I ordered on that burnt excuse for too thin of a pizza. I tried to refuse this awful wrongly made order that I didn't want, but because I already paid before I saw it, they would not make me a proper pizza. I was still at the cash, never left the store, and completely was not satisfied with what they had served me. They insisted that if I wanted the pizza made right, I would have to keep the awfully made pizza I had no interest in and pay for an additional pizza. Not the kind of service or quantity you would except from Pizza Hut. I showed everyone the pizza they gave me, and no one could believe it. Please check your pizza before you pay, or this location will treat you poorly and have you taking home a less quality pizza than a frozen pizza from your local grocery store at 10 times the price 🥶💙💁‍♂️ SMH Awful experience. I have never been more upset in my life when I picked up a pizza from anywhere! I had to go order food somewhere else to have supper when I left. It was totally not fair or right....

Honestly such a surprisingly huge HIT for the Pizza Hut on Plaza Blvd, me and my boyfriend decided to do a lil “car date” and I was feeling nostalgic from my childhood and wanted to go to Pizza Hut 🥰😇 so we went in not knowing anything at all because I haven’t eaten there since I was a kid and the sweetest man (who is the manager we assume due to his outfit) helped us and politely explained the entire menu to us with all of the combos and deals they had and dealt with all of our (mostly my 😝) questions so patiently, like honestly it took me atleast 20 minutes to make up my mind and he was the sweetest ever about it! We ordered, he said about 15 minutes and it was definitely ready before that it was all set to go as soon as we came back in!! Then my boyfriend who is crazy about his sauce, loved the garlic parm sauce I got with my wings so much he went back in to buy another one and this man gave us 2 more for free!
